1961 Gillette Fat Boy Razor Refurbished Replated Platinum G1. This vintage razor is in Refurbished Platinum Re-Plated Condition. The twist action to open the butterfly doors is crisp as well as the turning of the numbered collar to adjust the shave as each number clicks. The razor is clean and shiny, with No evidence of wear. It opens and shuts smoothly. The adjuster plate raises and lowers slightly as it should when you adjust the shave. The blade gap is even on both sides of the razor at all adjustments. Also included is a (New Old Stock) NOS ‘Still Angle’ razor blade still in the Original package.
As the pictures indicate, there is No Pitting, Brassing or Corrosion. You Will Notice from the Pictures That the Blade Plate and the inside of the Razor Bay Has Been Replated Differently Than the Rest of the Razor, What You See Is Not Pitting It Is Replated Platinum Satin, Just to Give the razor a Different Look!
The black paint on the numbers is in Fantastic Condition. This great collectible razor was completely disassembled, fully cleaned or repaired inside and out, re-plated and then reassembled. This razor design is tried and true and is both a work horse and a show horse. The razor has been cleaned, polished, sanitized, and is ready to use. This item is in Refurbished Re-Plated Condition in Beautiful Platinum. Please be sure to look closely at all the pictures also the pictures that I have posted on YouTube And WordPress.

This is a Gillette Standard Safety Razor (old type) model 102, serial number M55448. This great collectible
is in very good+ condition. The razor handle has absolutely no stress fractures. This razor is
triple silver plated and shines as if brand-new.
Its weight is 53g. For this razor to be 90 years old it still looks fantastic, the razor has
Almost no plate loss or brassing and is in Near Mint condition. There is a miniscule amount of
vintage Ware on this Gillette razor as can be seen in the pictures.
This "Gillette Standard's" plating has withstood the test of time gracefully with almost NO signs
of wear! The teeth of the open tooth comb blade are perfectly straight as they should be
with no bends or breaks at all. All Original Gillette manufactured. Also included with this
beautiful vintage razor is in New Old Stock dispenser of 10 Gillette Blue Blades. It is a must have
for a Gillette collector.
This 1920 Gillette Standard has been previously owned & used through the years since it's
manufacture. Being manufactured in 1920 this Gillette is at least 90 Years old. You aren't
going to find these just laying around.
