Sad day today, but on a different note, this feels like it’s been a long time coming. I joked to my friend that for Ohno, this already feels 10 years too late since he’s always mentioned wanting to go away/off on his own even during their 10th year anniv. This doesn’t mean we won’t hear from them anymore, I don’t think. It’s been a good twenty-some years of challenges, hard work and success.

Thank you.

As always, I’ll follow Ohno’s solo works (most likely, we’ll see another artbook yeah?)

Ahahaha, not really ‘back’ in the sense that I can translate again and post like I used to, though. RL’s taken a lot of my time, but I still check on Arashi once in a while. Next year, I’ll be back in Japan and will hopefully find something to share while there again XD

2nd highest rated drama (so far) this whole season! I don’t know what that 99.9 is but that one’s the top drama right now. UPDATE: 99.9 is Jun. Hoh! I wonder if it's possible to have 2 people win the same 'best actor' this season XD

(Life’s been real busy and I haven’t had the time to catch up with Arashi or Ohno in particular for a long while now. But I’m in the middle of travel and was able to have some time to check how he’s doing for his late night romcom lol)

Nope T^T Already left Japan before con started and I’m not officially in the fanclub either, so can’t join in the raffle. And I refuse to buy from any resellers so yeaaah. Just bought Arashi stuff and then went home lol

The shoot locations are the closest I could get to them. If I go with the six degrees of relationships principle, then I’ve met someone linked to one of the members but that’s a very very loooong line and friend of friend of friend of friend of friend type. So yeah, still useless lol

Speaking about the six degrees, it’s scary when you actually see it pan out. I went on a Hiroshima homestay programme last year and my host mum’s dance teacher’s brother-in-law was the director of Ooku. So that’s like four degrees.

Oooh, that’s true. And four degrees not too far, I say. That’s a very specific line there. The friends who hosted me while I was in Tokyo were Keio and Waseda alumni. The ones from Keio are economics graduates so yeaaah “Sho-san” is their senpai and the friend of an older brother’s teammate’s etc etc the line was so long, I didn’t bother. My brain stopped at Keio and senpai lol and it was rude to talk about him when I’m their guest, so we just enjoyed the evening like normal people. XD

(Interesting thought that we would’ve been in the same industry if he didn’t go the entertainment route, however. I probably wouldn’t be this calm or apathetic if we’re talking about Ohno XD)
