So, now what? Jeffs story for the last 6 years has been about the accident and lawsuit. And in an instant, not to real ones who kind of knew months ago, its all done. Did jeff get a hint of redemption? Did jeff get made whole financially? Did David apologize for what happened and his subsequent actions toward jeff, like gaslighting jeff during the dating show, or after his surgeries, or making jeffs friends choose between the two or them? Is jeff going to continue in social media, i think the real ones know hes got one foot out the door already? Will jeff just ghost the audience, like hes done each of the last 3 years and go dark and not even say bye? The audience may never hear the answers but will be able to tell by jeffs actions what happened.
Littke sidenote about jeff having a foot out the door. May 19, 2021, jeff fm episode 1 was uploaded to youtube. 5 years later may 19, 2026, nothing. Not a thank you, not a message to the real ones who have been fans since before the podcast. I know it not jeffs style to do that, but when you insult your core audience, your basically telling them its over. Its why jeff can't break 100 viewers on a twitch stream. Jeff pushed everyone away. JMO
Jeff has been sitting on the fence for years now in where he is in his career on the internet. It has come across that he has had one foot out the door for the longest time. He keeps changing his mind in what he wants to do. He said in the last podcast with Mike in Albania that basically he is unsure on what to do. He said he doesn't want to stream but then straight after he said he loves it and will continue. This guy is confusing!
There have been things that he has had control of in terms of his business decisions and some out of his control. Jeffs main channel was his big money maker but he drove that down the gutter. He killed the main channel when he kept uploading content that didn't comply with Youtube guidelines. Which stopped the barbershop, the vlogs, he dropped Patreon & Youtube members. He doesn't upload. This is why he is struggling to figure out what he want to do. There's no point in pursuing something on the internet that isn't going to make you money.
Jeffs audience was mostly built in the early years of his main channel, it reflected in the high views. So if you are not giving your audience that you built what they want and enjoy they will unsubscribe. Twitch views are low and also Jeff fm views are low because so much of Jeffs OG audience are not around anymore. So yh, when you say he pushes everyone away, it's correct imo.
