URGENT PLEASE READ This is elsa the goat she is only a month old but when she was born she was found half frozen and in freezing temperatures. Her back legs have extreme frostbite and a half of each ear has fallen off. Right now her back legs are in poor condition and may need to be amputated and have prostetics.
