Ally smiled sympathetically, walking over to Cillian and placing a gentle hand on his cheek for him to look at her. “It’s going to be alright, Cillian. I promise,” she stated quietly, giving him a reassuring smile. She looked down to the now almost sleeping baby and her eyes softened as she went to the sofa, sitting and holding the child. “No note or anything?” She quite frankly was outraged that anyone would do this to an innocent child. She had never even gotten the chance to… She pushe more thoughts away, focusing on Cillian and the baby boy.

“Only that I had to take care of him for four days,” Cillian answered, coming to sit beside Ally on his couch. His eyes flicked back and forth between her face and the baby. “What am I even supposed to do after four days? Will the thing just disappear? I’m so confused…”

"Well, firstly, it's a baby boy and not a thing," Ally gently corrected him. She frowned a little as the subject in question began to fuss again. "Oooh shh shh shh," she quietly hushed him. Ally looked to Cillian and gave him a half smile. "Maybe you should ask them. I mean, wouldn't want to get attached only to have him leave," she said with a small, bittersweet laugh.
