Hey dear friend, there is just a lot going on in life right now but I have not forgotten about this cozy place. I will be returning once I start school again, because I really find comfort here too.

Actually yes, I have a whole 50 page doc for it for notes and ideas and concepts of the lore of ST:Ex (this is unreadable tho bc its spoiler scripts/lore for the series).

There is actually an unfinished wip of chapter 1 of ST:Ex on my patreon.

It is on hiatus but I intend to continue it when the time comes, and it will bc this is one of my fav aus I have made.

I might not be drawing Trek rn, but I am absolutely sure that more art will come for it in the future ;)

I know it's been a while since you posted Star Trek art (on Tumblr anyway) but I was reminded of your Spock designs today and had a wonderful time scrolling through all your old pieces. I forgot how much I loved your sparring series with Sulu, and all the ones from TVH 🐋🫶🐳 Then I looked at your most recent posts and am so happy to see you're back! Not necessarily for Trek, but you're here so I can at least tell you that revisiting your blog made my morning :)

Aw thank you very much that's very touching to hear; yeah it was a very fun era.

I might not draw Trek at this time, but it is still one of my favourite pieces of media for sure (especially TOS/AOS).

I am certain more Trek art will return in the future ;)

Hey there! Sorry if this is super weird, but did you ever do art of Spock and Kirk where Spock was naked and Kirk was in a weird outfit? And like the context was that Kirk was a being like Q, or that he was able to create dimensions/universes? I saw this post absolutely ages ago so the details are fuzzy, but I thought I remembered it being in your style.

260105 | Ghost of Tsushima

Wow... first post in... a year? Longer? Well, in the last month during one of my most difficult times, I got to finally play a game which I waited 5 years to be able to play - Ghost of Tsushima. And it is everything I hoped it'd be, but even better. So of course, heres my first draw of Lord Jin Sakai. I have thoughts to draw more from this glorious, beautiful game. And Ghost of Tsushima fandom, hello I am new here nice to meet you ノシ Would love to become acquainted with the small but passionate community~

I’m planning to return to tumblr fr this year.

I never liked Twitter, I’m only really there to really get my work seen by its wide algorithm. But it’s become absolutely unbearable over there with all the sick worsening pro-AI crap; I’ll still post on Twitter but it’ll be quite impersonal, while here I’ll actually interact and stuff cuz it just feels possible to even DO that on tumblr.

Though tumblr is still poorly affected by the 2015 nsfw-ban still in place (they need to remove that useless thing at some point fr…), it still has a certain feel of “fandom” and community coziness that no other site has. Though this site isn’t quite AS good as Twitter for reach rn (sadly, cuz I rly hate Twitter like that platform needs to be shut down and a diff app needs to overturn that one fr, would love it if it was tumblr- minus the over saturation of “too many people who have no actual positive business to be here butting into our space” type issue) esp cuz of its decreased user base without the nsfw, it def at least FEELS better to functionally use. This platform could be PERFECT if they finally gets rid of that stupid anti-nsfw rule. Welp, guess we will find our ways till then.

But yeah, would be nice to build a small community here this year.

Good to hear from you, and cool to see that there are somehow still some people who stuck around despite my hiatus. Thank you guys who did, and hello to the new people who’ve joined in the last year while I was away. I look forward to a good time here once again.
