I’ll say it plant milks in the UK are way worse than in Canada — they seperate so easily and the almond milk specifically has a weird woody flavour

literally no vegan options but it’s fine bc everyone was very very nice and made me vegan risotto and asparagus cooked in vegan butter and blueberry sorbet off menu

also giant spritzes make everything better

- vegan pizza + aperol spritz while watching my friend at his new job (make the pizzas lmao)

for some reason I thought cooking tempeh in margarine would make it taste like chicken fingers (it did not)
