“That depends entirely on you.” Shyvana answered, dragging that same finger along the woman’s shoulder. “I am never satisfied regardless, so I will not perish if you would rather wait.”

Shyvana slides a finger under the woman’s chin, stroking it lovingly. “Unbelievably so. If I recall, I was not afraid to let you know that you…have quite a way with words.” Shyvana tilts her head, sliding her finger down her chin and, carefully, down her neck. “I think we both made quite the first impression.”

Sera gave a shiver and lent into her hand, her amber eyes glittering with mischief. “Indeed, we learned a great deal about each other.” She licks her lips and reaches out, stroking the half dragons side. “It makes me shiver remembering some of it.”

Shyvana’s lips curl ever so slightly upward. “Memories are so boring, darling. I like to live in the now. And you can imagine what I would like to do with you...right now.”

“I suppose I should have known better than to downplay it with you.”  Shyvana covers her mouth, mostly the fangs, and laughs. “Do I translate that in your human tongue to mean that it was good for you?”

“My Elven tongue says and does many a thing as you should know... but yes, it was good for me, it has been a while since I felt the touch of another in such a way.” She smirks and leans in. “But how did you enjoy my silver tongue?”

“You do? Most people are surprised that I don’t.” The half beast let a loud chuckle, somehow combined with a groan. Humans were surprised, at least. Vastaya were more…disgusted. Yea, that’s the word. To him, everybody was an asshole. Sides did not matter.

“Look, I can imagine you’ve led a pretty complicated life. Most of our…kind do.” Half-breeds. A word that was forever engraved into his mind, even after it stopped bothering him. 

“And maybe if you had landed your ship in a different region, your problems wouldn’t end, although they might have taken a different form…” Like being worshipped from cults. Sounds way more fun on paper than it actually is.

“But either way, you’re here. And this is my turf. And you can be sure, that as long as you dont start destroying random things…” A hint of a grin…no, a full on giant grin appeared on his face. “You gonna think you died and went to heaven~ You look like a gal that knows how to have fun. I can smell it on you…the blood, and the desire to release the fire inside.”

He didn’t say the words, but among people like them, the words hung in the air like a spider from its web. Here, though, between birds of a half-feather, the need to be as they were expected to be was not as strong. This was one of the few times in her life where Shyvana’s usually tense posture relaxed. She was, in a matter of speaking, among her people here. The blood, and the desire to release the fire inside. Shyvana twitched. Just a little bit, but definitely noticeable. She kept the urge at bay, for now. She could control herself- for the most part- but there always a chance, just enough, that she would lose herself. The fury in her pupils flared, and then ebbed. She was strong. She could control herself. So instead, rather than acknowledging the building fury, she replied smoothly: “Consider my curiosity peaked.” She always did love her voice. Loved the gravel under her tone. Someone called it alluring once, and sometimes she agreed. “And you have my word, no destruction.” That was a promise she couldn’t make to anyone, and yet...

“Whatya doin’ here? I thought people around here didn’t like magic-y things. One of them kicked me! So rude. Are they just scared of you? I bet you’re super strong, and beat up people who are mean to people who don’t deserve it! Grr!”

She was practically giggling away to herself by now.

“I am on a...let’s call it a journey.” Shyvana explained, not entirely right, but definitely not wrong. “I promised a really good friend that I would see the world and make new friends.” It was more of a command that stemmed from an argument- just the thought of it set some orange into her pupils- but there was still no way in hell she would ever disobey her prince, so here she was. “Some of them are afraid, yes. And I do indeed; where I come from, I’m an important guard for my kingdom’s prince, and no one has hurt him yet. He will be safe while I am away, so long as my journey goes well.”
