My high school “sweetheart” and I didn’t really do much besides go to the movies or something. He was the only other out kid at our school so we got along, started dating and then he moved away. We weren’t even together for a year.

Maybe if the school does a production of West Side Story we can? I think that would be an incredible role, honestly. I am all for something new and different.

I completely agree. This is the first time my peers are going to hear my voice so it’s has to be perfect but not to perfect where I still leave room to wow them through the rest of the year. So far I have the Wizard and I, but I feel like that is a bit predictable, but then I have People from Funny girl, Don’t Rain on My Parade from Funny girl, thought I don’t think a small tutorial room theatre is right for this show stopping ballad so I may wait for that or maybe pull out some Celine Dion and sing Taking Chances

It sounds incredible.

I’m a little nervous though, but hopefully it won’t be all too bad. Wicked is always a good choice, honestly. My dog’s name is Fiyero because he’s a little prince and he loves it when I play the soundtrack in the background. I’m thinking maybe Soul of a Man from Kinky Boots or I Dreamed a Dream... or maybe Something’s Coming. I’m not too sure yet. I wonder if they’ll let me use my guitar too. All of those are good choices, though. Pick the one that speaks out to you the most.

I’m not too familiar with too many of the comics, either. I stumble upon some collections here and there but nothing I’ve read seems relevant to the MCU. I agree a Marvel movie marathon at home is loads better than having to actually go out and sit in an uncomfortable theater seat for 24+ hours.

Oh, hard lemonade’s actually pretty good. I know a lot of people who prefer it instead of beer. It took me a long time to find out what to mix and not to mix; I think I’m still in search of my all-time favorite but y’know– got my whole life to figure that out. We both got plenty of time to figure out what our preferred poison is. The Red Bull mix gave some pretty good laughs that night but I just wish I could remember exactly what was so funny.

I think I want to go to a flea market or something and check out the old editions, maybe. Or hopefully I’ll find a few somewhere! It would probably go a lot smoother just having some friends over and lounging on the couch. But I agree, because who knows what people would do.

Yeah! It was pretty good. My brother likes beer, and he says to always try the local brew when you’re out some. But for my dad’s old work parties, we always had sparking wine. Cooper had me try a little bit of that too and it was really good. True... I mean, I can’t really even go to a bar yet. Interesting. Well, maybe I’ll try it sometime.

I actually did. My mom took me too New York for my graduation gift. It’s been 3 years since I’ve gone and the memory still lives on. I make a very extensive details list of things I wanted to achieve and do and yes, getting a coffee and bagel and standing outside Tiffanys waiting for it to open was one of the first things I did.

Nice to meet you Blaine. And yes I am and yes- I- am. Haha. I’m sure you’re good too considering you got into the program. I believe you’re in my singing tutorial class. Are you ready to sing in front of the class Monday? I haven’t quite decided on what I’m going to sing but I have narrowed it down to top 3.

That’s... awesome. I’ve never even been off the island. I want to see Time Square and Broadway... literally everything. How was it? Is it everything you dreamt of?

I--yes. I consider myself to be pretty good. I think you’re right, yes. I think I know what I want to sing. I have a few ideas written down. I just don’t want it to be too predictable or anything. What are you thinking of going for?

I know a little bit of the comics but apparently that doesn’t translate to the movies that well since they’re just sort of based around them. Are you talking about a Marvel movie marathon? I know some theaters will show every single one back-to-back over a 24+ hour period of time but I couldn’t handle that; I wouldn’t want to fall asleep in the middle of one of the movies.

What’d he give you? Don’t tell me he just gave you straight-up hard liquor with nothing to chase it… You gotta get something you actually like or you’ll never acquire a taste for alcohol. Come to my party on Friday and we’ll find you a really fun drink that we can call your new favorite. I’ve only ever had a Raging Bull– that’s what they’re called– once. I partied really hard but had a harsh crash afterwards. I still think it was worth it, though.

True... but a lot of people see them as separate entities. I’m not super familiar with the comics, except for what I read up on when catching up with movie gossip. More like watching on my computer but I’ve seen that! Me neither. And I’d like to be able to pause it for a bit to move around or go get something to eat or what not.

It was some hard lemonade, actually. Then I tried his beer and that wasn’t fun. It was okay, honestly. I’m looking forward to learning more then. I already feel super naive when it comes to drinking. It sounds like something wild. I hope you had fun with it, though?

She is seriously a gem. I’m so happy for her to get back into acting again. I do have a bit of a weakness for him. I really can’t wait to hear the rest of the music. Oh, so do I. But to hold me off until then, I’ve decided to watch Carousel while doing some homework.

Do you know when the movie is supposed to be released? Surely they would want to hype it up a lot beforehand. That’s great to hear, and really? That’s wonderful! Do you intend to show off that talent anytime soon? I’m enjoying mine well too, thank you. My ballet teacher is tough as nails, but she’s more talented than anyone I’ve ever seen in the area.

October! I really hope they do. It looks amazing in all the possible ways. And I can’t wait for the soundtrack. Well, I hope so. I want to audition for one of the shows coming up. I think it will be pretty fun. I’ve never taken ballet, but I have a cousin who did the Nutcracker when she was twelve and she told me it’s pretty intense. Are you on Pointe? I bet you are pretty amazing, though.

I still haven’t seen the new Homecoming one but he seemed like a cool dude in Infinity War. It probably wasn’t a completely good idea to watch those MCU movies out of order but I couldn’t wait to see Infinity War when it came out.

They’re great for all-nighters when you need to cram of when there’s a party you just can’t miss and shit doesn’t get crazy until after midnight. Ever have a Redbull mixed with vodka and triple sec? Now that’s an energy drink I’d have if I’m looking to party all night.

He is pretty hilarious in the solo movie. I’ve seen most of them and Infinity War was still confusing so I probably would have to rewatch all of them just in case.

Really? Ahh... no... Um, the only real drink I’ve had was the ones my brother gave me after our parents and grandparents went to sleep. It sounds interesting, though. Does it actually... work?

I really love it, honestly. Love it here and the ocean. But I’m glad you like how different it is over here! I think getting to go somewhere the complete opposite of what you’re used to is a good learning experience. How’s the year going for you so far, though?
