Juliette thought that witch hunting was alright by itself, but certainly much better with her best friend by her side.

“Did you have any trouble getting away today?” she asked.

“Nope!” Anna told her, “It’s easy if it won’t be too long. Assuming the little ones are in order, anyway. Hey, we’re getting close!”

“Should be right this way!” Juliette grabbed Anna’s hand and held it while they ran.

This wasn’t meant to be romantic in any way, they both knew that, simply affectionate. They got to the entrance to the witch’s barrier before too long and went right in, transforming as they went.

As soon as they got in, however, they noticed that they weren’t alone.

“Oh, goodness,” Anna said, “Are you lost?”
