While everyone's celebrating about his knighthood, can we take a moment that the British Royal Family used to have their traditional animal hunting every Dec 26 (aka Boxing Day in the United Kingdom). Nothing worse than an art thief. I’m glad this shit is finally coming to light in earnest. A few years back when I was super into Queen art and I brought up the problem with photomanipulations I was nearly chased out of the fandom because how dare I criticize someone’s method!?

Stealing art, repurposing it, then claiming it’s your original work is STEALING. There’s no excusing this. There’s no “if you don’t like it, don’t watch.” This is actively hurting people, and this person should feel ashamed, ESPECIALLY because he’s lied to Brian May and caused Brian to believe this bullshit.

These are not attacks. This is not harassment. Either learn how to draw or get the fuck out. No one wants you here.

Quick updates: after seeing my stories with the proofs that Nenu stole missile228's artwork and me pleading him to understand that artists are tired, Brian decided to delete all the negative comments about Nenu in his post AND BLOCK ME.

Nenu, meanwhile, wrote that he used "an unknown artist's image" for his work.

I... I don't know what to do at this point, I am completely shattered.

Didn't Brian write a song called "Let Your Heart Rule Your Head"? That's him to a tee - not giving logical consideration to contrasting opinions.

Another thing: didn't he work with Sarah Rugg, who makes original digital artworks, for 2 artbooks consisting of purely original fanart, no photo manipulations whatsoever?

Sir May needs to be told what a photo manipulation looks like, because clearly he doesn't know.

This is definitely Queen in Japan, around 1981. The lady with them is a famous local actor there, just forgot her name though.

So much wrong in this tweet... on so many levels of wrong.

Would I even call this a Queen fan? Queen has always been a band of four men, and not just the lead singer alone. One of the main factors that makes the Queen fandom suck sometimes is fans like this guy here, and not to mention those who think Freddie was "bisexual".

Second thing is that every Queen song was not written by Freddie Mercury.

Third: Queen is not Queen if all members have died.

Also: a tribute band don't write their own material. I'll give you examples of Queen tribute bands - Gary Mullen and The Works, Dios Salve a La Reina (Argentinian Queen tribute act), Killer Queen (from Australia), Gueen (Japanese), and of course Queen Extravaganza.
