Everything that's good for you is difficult immediately, but after staying with it with patience and perseverance it becomes enjoyable, in the long run it makes you feel good, happy, content.
On the other side, everything that's bad for you is immediately enjoyable, but after indulging in it consistently it ruins you, and in the long run it leaves you unhappy, unhealthy without fulfilment.

Yaqeen is a state of conviction, where nothing can bring doubt to the heart. So the heart has absorbed iman to a level where it makes the heart unshakeable.
It is strong to the extent that one would have more faith in what they believe than what they would see or hear. It is as if you see something in front of your eyes even though you do not see it, That is the level of yaqeen.
