Solitude is something that’s not only the when you don’t talk with anyone. There are many types of solitude though, but the one that no one talks about is hidden inside the brain of those who live through it. You may talk with people every day, never be physically alone, but this is what makes it invisible. This type of solitude starts slowly and you never notice it until it is too late. Your brain builds walls that try to protect you from the world, instead they separate you from it. There is nothing stronger than the fear of which this walls are built on. When there is a rupture even if it is really small they cause the fear to intensify making those walls stronger and thicker. These walls contain feelings and thoughts that want to escape but can’t. From here comes the most common lie “Im okay”. When you see this walls and try to destroy them, they don’t fall, they grow stronger.
