PLEASE NOTE, THIS TUMBLR MAY CONTAIN A WHOLE BUNCH OF KHR SO DON’T EXPECT ME TO POST OTHER ANIMES/AUS.
being a random mafia guy in khr must be crazy everyone is talking abt vongolas new honcho and how literally the most feared criminal ever is his mist guardian and how he burned a whole guy to ashes (they're besties now its okay) and ended a 10 generations long family feud with the simon and how he beefed with the mafia zombie police and somehow un-babyfied the arcobaleno in the process and all that and then you see him at some random function and he looks like this
like how do you not lose your shit he probably barely reaches your armpit
You want a non-cliché male (shounen) protagonist? I got it!
Something that I literally can’t get out of my head recently is how I constantly see discourse about the staleness of male MCs - especially shounen manga protagonists - always so ready and accepting of being the Chosen One. Always so ready to discard their “mundane” life and embark on some dangerous mission. Outspoken, fiery and with unbeatable charisma.
And while we are beginning to see (minimal) change with recent books/manga, do you know who was literally the antithesis of this a lot of years ago?
Tsuna.
Tsuna who was literally the last choice for everything, whose nickname was Loser-Tsuna, constantly bullied and harassed and whom nobody thought he would ever amount to anything. 0 friends, 0 abilities, 0 accomplishments.
And when some guy to tell him “You can become the head of a mafia family. You’re gonna be respected, sought after.”, when Reborn serves him POWER on a silver platter… Tsuna says “oh hell no, fOck all that”, turns tail and RUNS.
He won’t manage to escape forever, but that’s beside the point. Tsuna is a coward, a plain nobody, so boringly normal that in any other anime he would be for sure one of the background filler characters. He isn’t cut to be a protagonist. He’s wimpy, weak and whiny, sometimes to the point of being annoying ever for me - and I love KHR.
But what fascinates me is this. A character so weak and bullied, usually would be elated to have that much power offered to him. I knew that he was the protagonist, so the first time I watched the series I was expecting him to accept the power and better himself, become a different person, a hero. (Or, if he was in another manga, a villain.)
Instead, not only Tsuna refuses - again and again, until the very end - to become who he was destined to be, who everyone around him wants him to be; but the only time he uses the power he was gifted with is strictly to protect himself, his friends and family. And then he quickly steps away immediately after, like when you move a scalding pot without mittens.
His guardians have become… his guardians, in order, because: 1) he saved his life, so he thinks he’s cool 2) mostly head empty, only vibes (also he saved his life) 3) a literal child bribed with candy 4) somebody else asked him and he just went with the flow 5) one crumb of kindness got them hooked (actually 2 psycopaths in one body and it’s not a metaphor) 6) doesn’t give a shit as long as you give him a good fight.
Sure, at some point they all recognize his strenght, but apart from Gokudera’s blind idolization, for everybody Tsuna is just A Guy. He might be their “boss”, and they might come to respect him, but he gets treated nothing like a cliché male MC.
It’s really a shame that Katekyo Hitman Reborn, as a series, was managed badly as it did. Even though it’s one of my favorite shows, it’s weakened by a lot of factors… but an uninteresting MC? It ain’t one!
I smell a reboot in the air. I really hope they will to the series justice.
i love tsuna sm i love that his main goal is to be just some guy hanging out with his friends i love that hes clumsy and behind in all his classess and propelled forward through life against his greatest wishes by life in general or reborn specifically he does not want to be there and wants even less to be doing anything but here he is anyway pulling through bc he loves his friends because he has no choice because the only alternative is going back but not really because he will know just what it was that he had at the tips of his fingers
what a guy
i hope hell keep falling on his face even well into his thirties as a mafia boss
protagonists who are rays of sunshine and make everyone around them fall in love. protagonists who change for the better everyone they come across with their kindness. protagonists who keep everyone they meet as a part of themselves and carry them in their hearts. protagonists who never think they make a difference when in reality they shake the entirety of someone’s world with their mere existence >>>>>>>
Essentially, Tsuna’s guardians/families/friends are either possessive or obsessed to keep Tsuna by their side, whether it is romantic or just obsessive friend love taken to the next level.
A Cat’s Solitary - alternative_ann [TWO-SHOT]
In a world where a sky user has fated guardians that were destined to harmonise with each other, Tsuna finds himself feeling rejected by his own fated guardians, unbeknownst that Tsuna had always looked after them and kept them warm and safe. And if they did not need him, Tsuna is willing to surrender himself to the freedom of solitary. After all, Tsuna knows that nobody needs a no good-especially a powerless sky in their lives.
As Long as I am Needed - blisfire
Tsuna got reincarnated into a new world which somehow seems similar to his. But instead of being the next decimo, the role is given to his younger twin. As Tsuna is crippled and blind, which makes him unsuited to be the next head of the mafia. But even in such state, Tsuna still willing to do anything to support his dear family and guardians.
Another Path - DragonflyDream
Since birth, Tsunayoshi has been neglected by his parents for his twin Ienobu. But he still finds comfort and family with his friends, friends who will follow him to the end of the world (also known as Italy). Or : how Tsuna still ended up as Vongola Decimo and met the whole crew despite trying his best to avoid the Mafia and not even being a Boss candidate...
ʜᴏɴᴏʀᴀʙʟᴇ ᴍᴇɴᴛɪᴏɴꜱ;
rather skate on the thinnest ice (damned if i do, damned if i don’t) - blenderfullasarcasm [ONE-SHOT]
Understandably, the unnamed henchman had been petrified when one of his superiors had given him the order to relay a message to the Guardians. Especially given the contents of the message. He’d already resigned himself to probably leaving the lounge with fewer limbs than he had entered with.
If anyone else knows any good KHR fanfics based on Tsuna’s family or friends being extremely protective over Tsuna AU, do message me. Crossovers are acceptable.
Basically, its the trope where either Tsuna dies in his original world and gets sent to another world thanks to Byakuran, and Tsuna either has a brother who is chosen to be the decimo or its an entirely new person (OC), OR, he basically has second chance in his life, amend his mistakes, yada yada yada. I have two scenarios for this trope;
First Scenario;
One of the most typical ‘after tsuna is sent to a parallel world’ is when he also gets a brother out of nowhere. However, this scenario has a twist.
Tsuna has been reincarnated to another world, where he has a brother, Ieyoshi, selected to be the decimo. And the brother himself was rather a spoilt manipulative little brat, that Tsuna really wondered how such a boy could become so evil. Alas, as Reborn enters the scene, and Tsuna witnessing the bond blooming, Tsuna felt hurt at the sight.
Pained to see his former tutor and guardians being taken away from him, Tsuna decides to transfer to another school and start a new life-silently crying to see his guardians once more.
As he grows up, he's numbed, and has graduated in university in the culinary major, where he ends up opening a bar in Namimori, becoming a very well-known bartender who makes exceptional drinks and food. As Namimori is owned by the Hibari Clan, an infamous yakuza family in asia, Namimori is a retirement town for mafiosos, and also a great place for Tsuna to listen to rumors of his ex-family members.
But life is numb without his family and as time goes by, he meets his former tutor once more, still in the form of a toddler with the curse-which baffled Tsuna as his brother should've broken the curse. But he didn't.
...why?
Second Scenario;
In Tsuna’s previous life, his famiglia, his allies and those he cherishes die at the hands of mafia famiglies that have all joined hands to bring the Vongola down. And Tsuna remains victor, as the only one who managed to come out of the mafia war, and kill all the enemies that took his family away. In the end, Tsuna dies, because of his injuries.
Tsuna is reborn. And thinking the story will repeat itself, Tsuna wants to make sure that in this life, he comes fully prepared, in order to not repeat the same mistake. This means that Timoteo does not seal Tsuna’s flames, and Tsuna tries to get into contact with Kawahira, Talbot and the Vindice of breaking the curse, and exercises to grow even stronger.
And when he reaches 13, and the day Reborn is supposed to barge in, he receives nothing but an ordinary day.
Apparently, Timoteo’s sons have not died, and Tsuna is not chosen as decimo. His hard work is all for nought.
Tsuna hasn’t even bonded with his three guardians in Namimori since he had been busy with training, which meant everything that Tsuna knew about his past is nothing. The story was no longer about Tsuna anymore.
And there was nothing Tsuna had to do, other than living a boring life as a namimori civilian. Tsuna finds himself... numbed. Ached at the fact that he no longer can be with his beloved family.
But Tsuna rethinks, and thought this may be best. Just so his family will no longer have to suffer in the mafia and be stuck with him because he is their boss.
So Tsuna continues his life as a civilian. Searching for a purpose. Graduates middle school, high school and eventually university, with the culinary major.
Tsuna wants to stay in Namimori, and opens a small cafe, simply waiting to die while feeling empty without his family.
Though, it seems that all changes once more, where Tsuna, simply doing his job in his cafe sees one of his beloved family member enter the place and looks at Tsuna as if he is a ghost.
Bonus Scenario; [ROLE REVERSE]
With their most beloved boss and family member perished for the sake of protecting his whole family, his guardians, the varia, the arcobaleno, and all of Tsuna’s trusted allies have mourned for the wonderful decimo, Sawada Tsunayoshi.
He who loves all, a vast sky who accepted even the monsters, is gone. Forever.
And before they all die, one by one, they all wish to be reborn where they will find Tsuna and reunite once more. By luck, it seems the Trinisette obliges to their wishes, and has all of them, including Tsuna, reincarnated to a new world, where Tsuna is not the decimo, and not involved in the mafia.
And for unknown reasons, he has no memories of his past life. Only his family and allies remembered their past.
To top it off, Tsuna, who should be living with his mother in the town of Namimori is gone.
Thus, the search of the sky commences, and continues to do so, with 10 years passing by. They never gave up, and by luck, Reborn encounters an 18 year old fluffy brunet, who looked eerily like his beloved dame-student, named Ietsuna Nakahara.
(and boy was Reborn’s intuition right, because Ietsuna Nakahara turns out to be Tsuna himself, who is using a disguising name for the sake of hiding his real identity, due to his unknown past that had forced him to leave Namimori when his mother had died)
But even if they found him, Tsuna does not remember them, and his past has cause their sky to live in fear, hiding and suffering from his past trauma that caused his madness.
Will they uncover their sky’s past? Will they be able to make him remember them? It’s up to you. ;)
Note; if you’re interested in writing a fanfic based on one of my AUs, I would very much love to see the work! All I ask is that you put credit of the original AU-in this case, me-and maybe add the link of my tumblr. There’s no need to message me for permission, but I would like if you could share your fanfic by commenting. Thank you!
Basically, Tsuna has something similar to a disease called the Epidermolysis bullosa, aka, the butterfly skin disease. And he received this disease from being sealed by Timoteo and Iemitsu, that cause his flames that had been building to attack Tsuna. Essentially, the idea is that sealing a powerful young sky does more harm than good. It should also be noted as (in my version) skies are rare, and research of sealing or sealing skies in general is weak. Tsuna suffered a lot from the sealing, and in a way, a small touch could literally tear his skin away, and make Tsuna feel like he's burning (because of his sky flames fighting against Tsuna's body and the sealing). Thus, it leads to Tsuna to permanently stay at the hospital and drop out of school. And by the time Reborn comes in (if we're following the canon), it'll be too late to undo the illness. Even if tsuna is released from the seal, he remains having fragile skin that will literally show Tsuna's muscles and veins so clear, its as if he's x-rayed.
And it sheds a new light to reborn, who loses a great deal of respect to both Timoteo and Iemitsu, who left a young boy to suffer the disease and have constant nightmares and burns because of one mistake. Reborn can't even use his violent methods, or even shoot the dying will flame without Tsuna horrifying scream like he is bathed in hot melted lava that's just slowly killing him, and fully witnessing sky flames trying to melt Tsuna's flesh until Reborn interferes and forcefully stop the dying will bullet taking in complete effect.
That scream, is the main cause of why Tsuna's enemies hesitates, because the boy is literally the main victim in this hellhole. Even the Varia find themselves extremely horrified to seeing a someone spontaneously combust into flames, and remains alive.
The sheer horror of Tsuna's screams and his melting body is enough to cause the Varia and others to take a pause and question their purpose of attacking the victim.
Is this worth it?

KHR x ARK: Survival Evolved AU
If you don't know what is ARK, here is the synopsis; Stranded on the shores of a mysterious island, you must learn to survive. Use your cunning to kill or tame the dinosaurs roaming the land, and encounter other players to survive, dominate... and escape!
Tsuna is a newbie survivor who had just recently got spawned in the ARK island, with only his memories of his past life on earth intact. With no idea of how he can survive the island filled with primeval creatures, Tsuna decides to use his knowledge of a game he once played similar to the world he is in as a means of surviving. With passive taming methods and gaining the trust of many herbivore and carnivore dinos, Tsuna-who is a coward and does not like hurting others, may have accidentally got himself many loyal dinos without meaning to.
And the fact that veteran survivors who had come before him had taken an interest in him, and then kidnapping him for no reason other than letting their dinos cuddle with the brunet in a secure tribe did not make tsuna happy. At. ALL.
However, that may be impossible, as the Ark island may be more than what it seems...
KHR x Five Nights at Freddy’s AU
If you don't know what is Five Nights at Freddy’s, here is the synopsis; Welcome to your new summer job at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, where kids and parents alike come for entertainment and food! The main attraction is Freddy Fazbear, of course; and his two friends. They are animatronic robots, programmed to please the crowds!
Tsuna is a new security guard who has a love for mechanics, dolls and animatronics, not even minding the fact that his new job could potentially get him killed.
I’m not exactly sure who will be the animatronics, but I do feel that the arcobaleno are suitable for the position. Kawahira is the purple man in this story, and Luce would be the first child killed before the others come along.
I was thinking that because of Tsuna’s love for the animatronics, instead of really getting scared, he’d admire the fact that these animatronics are moving on their own. Though, he does get scared if they try to spook him. I have this weird vision of Tsuna maybe seeing a broken part of one of the animatronic fixes it up for him, and essentially bonds with them. Though, this is simply an idea.
Ok, this trope isn’t common or anything, but it is inspired by the many KHR twinfics I’ve read, and all of the twins’ names are all different. So it got me thinking, what if the twins with the most common names becomes Tsuna siblings?
Basically, Tsuna has 6 other siblings, and who are all favored by both his parents, Iemitsu and Nana. Tsuna is simply the forgotten child-not abused by his family members, but rather neglected and a victim for one of his brother's pranks.
The oldest brother is Ietsuna, who is 2 years older than Ieyoshi, and has already moved out of the Sawada residence and is currently living by himself. He knows of his father's occupation, and because of it, he formed a syndicate that is kinda similar to the Vindice, but instead, they reveal the famiglia’s crimes committed, to humiliate them and expose them to both the underworld and the world (NOT THE EXISTENCE OF DYING WILL FLAMES!!).
The second oldest is Ieyoshi, who is 3 years older than Ieharu, is rather successful in all of his subjects, including being very athletic, as well as genuinely kind. He’s the ideal son next to Ietsuna, and is also aware of his father’s involvement in the mafia.
The third oldest is Ieharu, who is 1 year older than Tsuna, despite not doing well in his subjects, he exceeds in all sports, and is considered the favorite pupil in his year. He can get away with harmless but humiliating pranks, and likes to play around with his brothers, though he fails to comfort someone going through hardships.
The fourth oldest is Tsuna, who is 1 year older than the twins, and also the forgotten child of the siblings, the unfavored who is forced to do things by himself. Tsuna, due to being neglected (because he is known as Dame-Tsuna and is not doing generally well at school unlike his other siblings), has not a lot of clues as to what common sense is, which results him being bullied in school, and eventually stops attending at the age of 11, because his parents have somehow forgot to pay for his school fees.
The youngest of the sibling are the twins Tsunoe & Toyoko, who are 13 years old, are playful but also smart in their own way. Toyoko is the only girl of the whole sawada siblings, which is why she has a lot of attention and surprisingly, a lot of protection because of her protective twin brother and other brothers (excluding Tsuna and Ietsuna).
I have 2 scenarios as to how the story can go;
NOTE; [NO PAIRINGS! PURE TUNA-LOVING FLUFF!!]
First Scenario;
Tsuna, who has been neglected all of his life and is forced to cook, clean and do things by himself, and has no school, stays most of the time in his room. Tsuna has an overwhelming amount of flames hidden within him, and because of it, Kawahira finds him by chance as a 7 year old Tsuna-who isn’t sealed and for the first time in 2 weeks, decided to go to the park to go fetch some pretty flowers in order to plant and look after them himself.
Kawahira tells the boy about a sky pacifier who had bizarrely rejected Aria and wanted the boy, and in his surprise, the boy agrees. And Kawahira knew why, understood by looking in his reflective eyes, that the boy is oh so lonely, and needed a company. If his life is to shorten, then so be it. Because in the boy’s opinion, no one loves him, and he’s feeling exhausted in waiting for someone who will.
Tsuna agrees to sacrifice himself, for the sake of having a non-talking pacifier to accompany him. Though the pacifier takes his life, Tsuna does not mind, because the pacifier fills him with warmth and in return, Tsuna embraces the pacifier as if it is his precious child, which unbeknownst to Kawahira and Tsuna, or to anyone, the pacifier, who felt loved for the first time, integrates itself to Tsuna’s bodies, and does not shorten his life span.
Instead, it extended Tsuna’s life span-not immortal!-that he could live on with a young appearance for another 100 years.
It really just shows how powerful Tsuna’s flames are.
And Kawahira, despite feeling guilty for having a child sacrifice himself, decides to watch over him, because that is the least he could do.
So for 6 years, after receiving the pacifier, Tsuna felt a little happy because of the pacifier, and decides to take up painting and planting flowers as his hobby to enjoy his life. To him, Tsuna finds that the pacifier will be the only thing that will love him, and due to his short life span, he decides to spend a lot of time painting and gardening (in his secret garden in the forest) now that he no longer goes to school, and has a lot of free time to do whatever he wishes.
Though, it isn’t until a handsome devil disguised in human skin with the same exact pacifier like his but only in yellow color, shows up, and announces to Ieyoshi-who had his suspicions of his father’s involvement with the mafia-that he will become the next mafia don of a powerful mafia famiglia. And since there is no other way to it, Ieyoshi accepts.
And Tsuna, who remains surprised that he finds his ‘sun’, as what Kawahira had told him, tries his best to avoid the man, because of the unconscious self-deprecation that always pulls him down, whispering through his head and ears that the most powerful hitman will never need a lowly civilian.
Which is why, when Tsuna meets Fon next for he had comes to train Ieyoshi, Tsuna had immediately locked himself out, staying in the corner, making sure that his pacifier does not glow. Tsuna had no chains to stop them, but now that there is another arcobaleno in the house, it will be a little easier as they would definitely assume the pacifiers glow because of each other.
Oh, how wrong the fluffy brunet was.
They were hitmen. Part of the underworld. Living among the kings, because of the power they have. The arcobaleno are the powerful seven, and it makes them even more powerful and intimidating now that they have returned to their original physique. They knew, in that moment of seeing a brunet in the gardens, watering and getting rid of the grown weeds, he is the reason.
The young boy, not older than 14, is the reason for them being in their original appearance, and that he is their leader.
And it seems to them, that they don’t mind about it.
(yes if you haven’t gotten the hint yet, because of Tsuna embracing the sky pacifier, it has allowed the arcos who were in their infant form to be reverted to their original appearance before they got cursed.)
Second Scenario;
Tsuna, due to the lack of love, does not know how to love someone, trust someone, nor put faith on someone. All he knows is that every human is cruel, and they always want something from Tsuna. In order to cope with the loneliness weighing on his heart, Tsuna frees himself by constantly painting, painting and painting until he gets cramps. Whether it is sculpture, acrylic, oil paint or digital art, Tsuna continues to paint, and only stops when his hands hurts to the point he might lose them, and that he needed to take care of himself in order to continue living.
Tsuna, despite not having love, nor the proper education, still strives to live. He hoped he could be wanted, be loved, or at least can be noticed. That is enough, for he, who had no proper love, wanted company.
And unbeknownst to him, Tsuna, when drawing someone, he draws them by what he sees within their soul, their true self, which frightens people to the core that a young magnificent artist sees their dark secrets unveiling.
Tsuna knows the dark side of humanity, he had witnessed them, had seen them abuse each other, had even abused him. But Tsuna doesn’t mind. As long as he is noticed, it’s fine if they bully him, right?
Tsuna is willing to make friends with monsters, as long as he gets noticed. He is willing to be used, because he needs a purpose to someone.
Tsuna, a neglected boy who paints, wants to search for a warm place just like how he feels warm when painting.
And that wish, may be granted when an incident had occurred of Nana and the twins’ near death experience, due to hitmen coming after them. And Tsuna knew, when a handsome devil disguised in human skin comes to their home, and told the truth of his father and Ieyoshi’s involvement with the mafia, and that he is sent to temporarily protect them until the threat is over, Tsuna knew, there and then, he could gain a possible companionship.
Because Tsuna sees, sees the loneliness in the hitman’s eyes, the overwhelming sadness that Tsuna simply wants to hug the man, and tell him that everything will be alright.
That the hitman, has someone who is waiting for him.
And that someone, might turn out to be Tsuna, the vast sky who accepts all, who can help monsters gain their standing, and strive forward in life.
Tsuna, who is desperate for love, will finally find a family-NOT the sawada family-who loves him back. Though a little more possessively.
Thank you!
Tsuna is a young king of the Sawada Kingdom, whose mother had died, and his father-the previous king, gone missing. (in actuality, baka-mitsu was the CEDEF head of the Vongola empire, and his stupidity thought it was a good idea to leave his son be and never knew about his wife's death.)
The Sawada Kingdom, is rather small to other kingdoms. They weren't well known, nor had any enemies (except bandits and rogues), and are pretty much a neutral kingdom that did not ally with anyone. And their king, Tsuna, is someone the small kingdom treasures a lot. Despite looking like a coward, Tsuna is rather a compassionate king who envelopes the kingdom with his strong sky mana, that no one-not even the powerful mages could tell. Tsuna's mana is a strange one, and in a way, you could say he has two different types of mana energy. One, is the normal mana, used for magic. In this version, Tsuna has a low amount of it. The other, is the mana tsuna unconsciously spreads, a divine one as well, because of how of a pure soul he is. Tsuna's divine mana is the reason the kingdom continues to flourish and do well, and the citizens of the Sawada kingdom are not blind to see that Tsuna is the reason for all of this.
The kingdom loved Tsuna, and Tsuna in return, provided them a welcoming home, stable job, and all the innocent people can have. Tsuna is a loving king, who loved his people very much so, and will take any action to even the smallest injuries.
It isn't until a strange aristocrat arrives to the kingdom, and presents himself to his majesty Tsuna, asking if the king can trade with a very well-known empire, Namimori, ruled by the Hibari Royal Family. Turns out, the strange aristocrat is the heir of the Namimori kingdom, Kyoya Hibari, along with his friend, Tetsuya!
And apparently, they have come to ask for partnership with the Sawada kingdom, as they have realised that the kingdom is flourishing with no problem, and citizens/commoners are unconsciously using high quality materials thanks to Tsuna!
And Tsuna, with his hyper intuition, knowing they simply wish to become allied kingdoms with trading businesses, agrees, and presents his dazzling smile as his divine mana comforts them.
And Kyoya, despite being known as the 'demon prefect', well-known in many other kingdoms for his cold-hearted reign, knew that Tsuna-who he deems as a powerful carnivore hiding his fangs-is the sole reason the small kingdom thrives. Kyoya, inwardly admits, that Tsuna is unfathomable.
Note; this au belongs to me, so it is not adoptable in writing fanfic. Thank you!
Early concept of my design and take on King Tsunayoshi Sawada, ruler of the Sawada Kingdom. I used only gel pens without pencils, so it may look a little... imperfect.
And yes, his hair reaches to his thighs as he has never cut off his hair from birth, because it was an old tradition from where Nana came from, that long hair symbolises strength, power, sagacious and also compassion (yes, i made the tradition up ok?). Tsuna kept his promise to his mother on her death bed, that he would not cut off his hair unless it goes beyond his knees.

KHR x Servamp AU
Tsuna is the Eve and Reborn is Tsuna's first Servamp. Shenanigans ensue, and somehow Tsuna gets ahold of each and every Servamp (who are the arcobaleno-), who are all craving for his affection and attention. Yes, this is Arco27-ish.
OR on an alternative scenario, Reborn is Tsuna’s servamp, Fon is Kyoya’s servamp, Viper is Xanxus’ servamp, etc etc.
KHR x Bungo Stray Dogs AU
Tsuna is literally Atsushi. He had been driven out of the orphanage, with no money or food, and has pretty much lost hope. His ability would be the ‘Beast beneath the Sky’, which is just him transforming himself to Natsu. Though, different from the plot of the canon, Tsuna is aware of his ability and has some control of it. Tsuna’s ability would also allow him to use it similar to the harmonising factor of sky flames, so in a way, he brings harmony to other ability users, allowing them to combine their abilities together thanks to the harmony.
Tsuna is a special tuna, so he deserves this powerful ability >w<
Skull has to be Dazai. He’s a daredevil doing dangerous stunts, and he was also originally a civilian before he got dragged into the world of mafia and became the powerful seven. So in this case, Skull defected from the Port Mafia and took Tsuna in. The scenario and their meeting is very similar to the canon, but after that, it goes on its own way. Tsuna never did show his ability except for Skull, who stumbled upon his transformation when he had taken Tsuna in his home.
The Arcobaleno are the Port Mafia, and I guess the Armed Detective Agency consists of the decimo gen guardians (except for Mukuro who is in the Kokuyo Gang, which can be the Rats in the House of the Dead). The guild... could potentially be Millefiore, who again, force the Giglio Nero family to make an alliance. The others... I leave it all up to you.
I imagine Tsuna meets Skull, they become really good friends with Skull trying to take care of Tsuna and his ability in controlling it. After some time, Skull-who is in the Armed Detective Agency may bring Tsuna to meet the others in the organisation, and things can go from there.
KHR x Assassination Classroom AU
I’ve seen a lot of crossovers of KHR cast meets the Assassination Classroom class, but this AU does not involve their meeting. It’s literally KHR cast in their plot. So essentially, Tsuna is like Nagisa, his classmates are his guardians, except for Kyoya, who is a main school student. Other classmates can be up to you, but I do think the Kokuyo gang should be included too. The alien teacher? Not Reborn. It’s just Korosensei. His identity is unknown.
I don’t know much of Assassination classroom, so I can’t say for sure how things go.
KHR x K Project AU
This is more of Arco27, but I’m biased when it comes to Tsuna; >w<
Sky King = Tsuna (Yuni acts in place of the Sky King)
Storm King = Fon
Rain King = Colonnello
Lightning King = Verde
Sun King = Reborn
Mist King = Viper
Cloud King = Skull
The Sky King is essentially the ‘leader’ of the other Kings, and most people thought Yuni is the Sky King, when in fact, it is actually Tsuna, who is hiding behind the shadows, not wanting to reveal himself. Also, Lal Mirch possesses 3 Auras, which are rain, mist & cloud. Also, the Simon, the Varia, Kokuyo Gang and other famiglias in the KHR show are Strains that formed groups.
Though, if you want it to make it more similar to the canon, here’s the KHR casts that I think suits in their position of being the King;
Gold King = Yuni
Silver King = Enma (I’m not gonna include immortality because that’s a bit unfair)
Red King = Xanxus
Blue King = Kyoya
Green King = Byakuran
Grey King = Mukuro
Colorless King = Tsuna
Remember, for the colourless, it is said that depending on the king, they all have different acquired powers. Which is why I find Tsuna suitable as this king. His power remains a mystery.
A/N; I DO NOT HAVE A CASE OF DISSOCIATIVE IDENTITY DISORDER, AND SO MY RESEARCH ON IT MAY BE FALSE!
After the successful murder of Nana Sawada while Tsuna witnessed the whole process behind the closet, Tsuna has been left traumatized, and with his father ignoring his calls for more than three months, he was officially an orphan with a diagnosed dissociative identity disorder. However, Tsuna has the uncanny ability to be able to physically see them and communicate with his ‘alters’ at any time.
Turns out, his so-called ‘alters’ is his great-great-great grandfather along with his guardians (except Daemon as his soul is still wandering the world and basically doing his thing to make Vongola the most feared famiglia and such), including the beloved Elena since why not?
This means that when he becomes ‘switchy’, the literal guardians of the primo himself emerges and takes control. However, because of the seal placed upon Tsuna, they have also been restricted using dying will flames and such. The only way to get rid of the seal is to get the host (Tsuna) in a near-death situation, not the primos when they take control.
Thank you!
