Black bean burgers are a delicious alternative to beef burgers. I like to cook a big batch and freeze them. Then, just pull 2 or 3 put of the freezer, reheat, whip up some fresh guacamole to go with them, and you're set. Eating less meat is the biggest thing each of us can do to directly impact our contribution to the green house gases harming our planet. Will this impact us directly in our lifetime? Debatable. Will it impact our children's lives? Yes it will.
