Maybe he's saying something else entirely:

"How could you let them hurt Susie?"

"How could you let them hurt your friends?"

"How could you be on their side after that?"

It keeps the moral dilemma of Kris knowingly letting harm come to their friends, as well as Ralsei knowing or realizing what's going on with Kris and the Knight.
