In this fic, Rumi is a demon of the mountains, thought to be terrifying soul destroying entity. Instead, she’s stuck with two sacrificial brides she can’t seem to send home.

If you haven’t caught up, Afterglow is a vampire based AU. Zoey meets vampire Rumi after dark one day and they fall pretty quickly.

But she’s also been friends with Mira since childhood. Not only does Mira not trust Rumi, she’s got some secrets of her own.
