In my lecture today my Professor showed us a study showing how hurricanes named after female storms kill more people, and asked us why. Then explained it was because when people hear a woman’s name they don’t take the storm as seriously as a man’s name and don’t prepare, so more people die. People are fucking unbelievable. IT’S A HURRICANE. BEING NAMED AFTER A WOMAN WON’T MAKE IT LESS DEADLY.
