Hi, how’s it going? I’m the creator of this drawing. I noticed that several people have ended up on my account because of this AU I made when I was a teenager and never continued.

I wanted to clarify since up until now, 3 or 4 people have come with questions regarding ownership, copyright, and canon, asking me about it. I appreciate it, but this doesn’t belong to me as such. I never put a copyright on this idea, nor did I continue it, so if you’re someone who wants to make a comic, a project, or expand this world, you’re more than welcome.

To be more specific, this is an AU that I want to clarify, while I am the creator of this drawing, it’s an AU for the community. Do whatever you want with it. See it as something public which, if you want to start a novel, a book, a comic, a game, or whatever you want, you’re free to do so.

I am someone from Argentina and legally I can't interfere in anything that is 'property over an AU,' in this case of Undertale haha. The one who really has the final word on this is TobyFox. I'm glad that after around 10 years, several people are interested in this AU that I created during a class break when I was in high school, but I wanted to leave this more recent post to make it clear that, although I am the creator, if anyone questions again whether they can make a project based on this AU, they are more than allowed to, since it's something I left for the public and the Undertale and alternate universe community. Para mas especifico, este es un AU que quiero aclarar que si bien soy la creadora de este dibujo, es un AU para la comunidad, hagan lo que gusten, veanlo como algo publico el cual si quieren arrancar una novela, un libro, un comic, un juego o lo que gusten pueden hacerlo con total libertad. Yo soy alguien de Argentina y legalmente no puedo interferir en nada que sea "propiedad sobre un AU" en este caso de Undertale jaja. Quien realmente tiene la ultima palabra sobre esto es TobyFox. Me alegra que despues de aproximadamente 10 años a varias personas les interese este AU que cree en el descanso de una clase cuando iba a la secundaria, pero queria dejar este post mas reciente para que quede aclarado que, soy la creadora mas sin embargo, si alguien tiene nuevamente la duda de si puede hacer un proyecto del cual sea sobre este AU, tiene mas que permitido hacerlo, ya que es algo que dejé para el publico y para la comunidad de Undertale y los universos alternos.
