my other post got rly big and started stagnating after i paid 2 bills thank u guys for those bills tho but anyway im mixed queer in a lot of pain physically and mentally and i do have a job but im trying to figure out medical leave and disability

Low cal recipe!!

The other day I found a recipe for veggie patty’s and I tried it. Let me tell ya, it was fucking bomb.

I spent a while looking for it but never managed to. So if you posted the original one or know who did please tell me cause I just wanted to reblog it to share it but since I didn’t find it I’ll just do this.

Disclaimer: this recipe isn’t mine and I don’t intend it to look like it is.

Mine where 84 cal for three and they were about the size of a normal patty. I ate them with sour cream, it adds 50 cal for about a tbsp.

I did have screenshots bc I sent them to my mom so I could cook them but i didn’t get the user in it bc I didn’t want my mom knowing where I got it from.

Cloud Puffs Recipe! (only 51 calories for eight)

Hey guys! 

So this isn’t my picture but this is how these turn out - and they’re really yummy and take like 10 min to make, plus super low-calorie :D

Ingredients:

3 egg whites

¼ tsp Salt

2 tsp Baking powder

Directions:

Beat the egg white with the salt and baking powder until it makes stiff peaks and you can turn the bowl upside down without it falling. 

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spoon the egg whites in little blobs around it.

Bake at 350 until the tops are golden.

80 Calorie Pancake Recipe~✨💛

Y’all ain’t even READY FOR THIS….

Here’s the ingredients:

¼ tsp baking powder - 0cal

¼ tsp salt - 0cal

2 tbsp flour - 50cal (the one I use is all purpose and 25cal per tbsp)

3 tbsp egg whites - 25cal (I use egg beaters but you can choose to use whatever you want)

A couple packets of a 0cal sweetener - 0cal

1 tbsp Mrs. Butterworths sugar free syrup - 5cal

^^(THIS SYRUP IS A BLESSING, it’s 20cal for ¼ cup but I only used a tbsp so the calories are SUPER LOW💕)

Directions:

Heat up a pan of your choosing, doesn’t really matter the size.

Measure out your ingredients and put them into a bowl.

Mix your ingredients, I prefer to use a rubber spatula over a whisk because I can scrape off the ingredients that like to stick to the bowl.

Use water, 0cal cooking spray, or whatever you like to make sure your pancakes don’t get stuck to the pan.

Put some batter in the pan and YOU’RE COOKING, BABY

With this recipe, I made 3 pancakes of a satisfying size so don’t fear 🙌

Once you’ve finished cooking all your pancakes, add your syrup and BOOM!!! BREAKFAST~~

THIS ENTIRE PLATE IS 80 CALORIES. IM SERIOUS. WHOLE BREAKFAST. 80 CALORIES. YOU CAN EVEN ADD SOME FRUIT TO MAKE IT MORE INTERESTING.

I love this recipe so much because even on bad days I can cook up an easy satisfying breakfast without making myself want to cry because of the calories. Hopefully you guys like it too, stay safe and happy cooking!! ✨💕

~ LOW CAL | Oatmeal-Banana Cookies Recipe ~

Time needed: 20-25 minutes

Calories: 21 calories per cookie / 4 cookies

What you need:

50g oats

½ medium banana

Cinnamon

Sweetener

How to:

1. Mash the banana with a fork and mix it with the oats, cinnamon and as much sweetener as you feel best.

2. Form four cookies on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 180°C | 356°F for 15-20 minutes.

You can also use applesauce instead of bananas, then each cookie has 17 calories!! You can also add nuts if you’d like!

¼ cup black beans (60 calories)

2 tbsp salsa (10 calories)

Directions:

Spray a small pan with your choice of non-stick.

Cook egg whites on medium heat. Scrambled preferrably.

Microwave/heat beans and salsa in a bowl.

Place cooked egg whites in bowl and mix around with a fork.

This is was made with thoughts of those who malnurish their bodies (like I do) due to anorexia. Making sure y'all get your protein in there while also not panicking about the calories. Be safe!

Zucchini-Potato-Pancakes

27cals for one pancake, recipe makes 4

100g zucchini

100g potatoes

5g spring onion

5g flour

5tsp water

Salt & pepper

Use a non-stick frying pan so you don’t have to use oil!

Grate zucchini and potato. Cut spring onion into thin rings

Add flour and water, mix until it forms a kind of batter

Add salt and pepper, mix again

Make 4 even pancakes and fry them in a non-stick frying pan on each side on low to medium heat until they look kinda done (I didn’t stop the time I‘m sorry ‘:) )

Enjoy warm!

They made me very full and left me satisfied!

🥞vegan pancakes!🥞

these pancakes were inspired from ashley halloween’s tortilla video, but I swapped the salt for sweeter. these guys are super tasty, and super easy, so give ‘em a try!

-ingredients-

2 tbsp white flour (57 cal)

½ tsp baking powder (0 cal)

cinnamon to taste (0 cal)

2 tbsp water (0 cal)

2 packets sweetener (0 cal)

-directions-

mix all of the ingredients in a bowl until they are combined into a batter. then, spray a pan with zero-calorie nonstick spray, and spread half the batter into a circle shape on the pan. put the pan on a stove, and cook it like you would a normal pancake. then, using the remaining batter, make yourself a second pancake. serve with sugar free syrup, and enjoy!

Preheat oven at 200°C/392°F and in the oven for around 10mins

- First whip the eggs into a stiff foam and add in the stevia

- Then add flour and cocoa pouder through a sive so there wont be any clumps and fold them in be careful not to over mix them

- Now the yogurt and mix gently

- Then add the baking powder, cinammon and cardamom

- Then put them in cupcake papers and into the oven

Mine made 11, but i ate some of the mixture so it could make more😄

If you wanna make them even more low cal you can leave out the yogurt/use another low cal butter substitute or nut butter, i think that would make them taste good too💕

I know after the oven they look a bit weird but they’re soo good!

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

2. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl

3. Pour into a muffin tray (I poured them into litttle silicone baking cups so i didnt have to oil it)

4. Bake for 20 minutes

If you’ve already seen this recipe on MPA, it’s because I posted it there a while back. Anyway, here it is:

Ingredients

20g all-purpose flour (72.8)

10g cocoa powder (22.8)

2 egg whites (34)

40g allulose (14)*

Total Calories: 143.6kcal

*You can, of course, use zero-calorie sweetener if you’d like. The resulting cake will be 129.6kcal.

Instructions

Beat the egg whites to soft peaks and add in the allulose in 2-3 stages, mixing well between each addition. Continue to beat to form stiff peaks.

Fold in the flour and cocoa powder, being careful not to knock out too much air from the meringue.

Put the batter into a cake tin, flatten out the surface (or don’t and get an ugly cake), and bake in a preheated, 170˚C oven for 20 minutes.

Turn off the oven but leave the cake in there for 10 more minutes.

My 95 Calorie pancakes

I made 8 small pancakes with this recipe!

INGREDIENTS

- ½ a mashed banana

- 2 egg whites

- 1 tablespoon of oat flour- if you don’t have oat flour, a substitue is fine OR you can make it yourself by just putting Quaker quick oats in a food processor!

- ½ tsp of vanilla

- Cinnamon to taste

DIRECTIONS

- Combine your banana and egg whites. I used a blender because it’s hard to mash a banana to the point you can use it in a recipe without one

- Add oat flour, vanilla, and cinnamon.

- Cook in a pan over low heat. I cooked for about a minute and a half each side

- Enjoy!

These pancakes are already sweet, but you can add stevia or other zero cal sweeteners at the 2nd step if you want to make it more like an actual cake

0.5 Calorie Chocolate Cookies! (70 calories for ALL 14 COOKIES!!!)

Seriously! these cookies I made are 0.5 calories EACH. The recipe/way to make them is very similar to meringues but they don’t look or taste much like them, they’re just like regular cookies in my eyes. keep reading for recipe🍪

INGREDIENTS:

• 3 egg whites (50cal)

• 3-4 tbsp Splenda (0cal) or any 0cal sweetner

• 1 tbsp cocoa powder (20cal)

• baking powder

makes about 14 cookies of this size. (you only see 13 on my pan….that’s because I ate some of the dough😂)

Directions:

Beat together your egg whites and gradually add in Splenda. Beat the egg whites until they reach a peak.

Add in your cocoa powder and beat until it’s mixed in well.

Form cookies on a pan and MAKE SURE YOU SPRAY THE PAN. This is so important or the whole recipe will fail.

Bake at 250 FARENHEIT (sorry my spelling sucks ass). For 15-25 minutes. Just keep an eye on them. Times often vary.

okay. the whole thing would be 520 calories (and it’s probably less than that since I tend to add some calories just in case bc i am a bit paranoid with food) cut up in 30 bites, 20 calories each (again, rounded up, so probably less than that!)

— I used: 2 small bananas (200) an egg (60) 2 choc chip cookies (164) 2 grams raw cocoa powder (10) a lil bit of coffee powder (2) 2 TBSP flour (56) tsp baking powder (8) stevia sweetener to your liking —

You could totally use only the egg white which would drop 60 to 15 calories, but your brownies would be slightly drier (no problem really). I only kept the yolk because there were people around while I was cooking and I didn’t want to have to explain I’m chucking the egg yolk bc it’s unnecessary calories, oops!

You could switch from regular flour to whatever type you like as well!

Mix everything together but add the egg last so you don’t over whip it. Bake on 180-200 degrees for about 10-15 minutes, you can check wether it’s done or not with a knife, inserting it in the middle of your brownie.
