The world has changed. Completely changed. Wars, famines, some thought it was the Apocalypse. They weren’t that far off. The supernatural had made their presence known and the world changed. The population was almost decimated and strict laws were passed to ensure that nothing like that would ever happen.
The species called Dominant had won and was ready to ensure its victory forever. They separated men and women, having a yearly collection of sperm samples for the species to keep procreating. Many years later, several generations after, not much is known from the world before the War.
The supernatural creatures and human population live together, close off in cities where leaving is impossible. Men have forgotten what a woman look like by that time. The morals change and sexuality -homosexuality- became the only source of pleasure except for a man’s own hand. Human or supernatural didn’t matter, they lived in harmony in the cities they were put in.
In what used to be called Miami, there is one compound meant for men. Here, clothing is optional and sex is very free and easy to get. They get everything they need from the Dominants as long as they give enough genetic sample when they come collect. Trying to leave the city comes with the death penalty so why not just enjoy our time here?
