DND World

First of all, @br0ken-camera, do look at my next few posts, it will spoil the DND campaign.

In the campaign I am DMing for, there are fifteen countries and there colonies if they have any. I will talking about all fifteen in my next few posts.

Random drawing I did in history

Foggy Haven

Made up a story idea about a supernatural world where hunting them is a sport/job/encouraged. Most are scared and some lash out, but in the midst of a chaotic medieval world, the new king makes an announcement that a new city has been built where in it’s walls and in the surrounding area hunting those creatures has been outlawed. The story stars a young werewolf who hears the announcement from a couple of gossiping hunters. He wants to go but his family thinks it’s not worth it (plus it’s on the other side of the kingdom).

Here’s what I’ve got so far, but I’m having trouble with writing the rest and the worldbuilding

Starts out in nightmare/vision of a blue flame will-o-wisp appearing in front of wolf pup

Wolf pup approaches fearfully

Wisp moves away

Wolf chases, not wanting to be left alone

Finally catches up and tackles wisp

Engulfed in blue flame

Wakes up shaking in human form

Early morning, has to get out of den without waking young siblings and/or resting mother

Goes out with brother, sister, and father to hunt

Chases rabbit

Trips and sister catches it

Father is disappointed(stoically)

Sister snaps at him aggressively

Brother offers advice, but not comforting

Walks back to den, but wolf goes to pee

Heard news from a couple of hunters chatting

Apparently there is a huge city where in and around the city hunting the supernatural is illegal

Gets excited

Tells siblings and father

Gets dismissed/thinks the hunters are misinformed

Arrives at den

Little siblings are awake

Tells mom about what he heard

Mom says it must be a trap and that humans would either never do something like that without using them

SeaWing Royal Family

Got so excited about sharing the MudWing Royalty I am now sharing the SeaWings

Queen Haven is a loving but rash ruler. She leads her kingdom well, and despite her arrogance is a very effective and great leader. She also smells a lot like cut grass, and loves to bound in the long fields surrounding Wavemeet

King Eel has no business being in a relationship with someone as good as Queen Haven. He is aggressive and manipulative and abusive. He is a huge pervert and has convinced his wife into letting him be in relations with any other dragon without being held accountable

Princess Cobalt is the eldest. She is pure cobalt blue with bright blue fins and flash scales. She has fantastic intuition. She is responsible and a hard worker. She wears a bunch of seaweed as both a fashion statement and for snacks. She travels Pyrrhia with her sister. She wants to learn a bunch of new skills and helps dragons she has learned things from by performing tasks for them before she and her sister has to leave

Princess Sunfish is Cobalt’s younger sister that she travels with. She is quite tall. She is very helpful and motherly, and is content in wandering with her sister as a traveling healer. She it’s amassed quite a few crushes over the continent but has no idea

Prince Archipelago is the only royal kid still living in the castle. He is truthful to a fault and says exactly what he thinks. This often ends in him in several arguments at the end of the day, but he likes it that way. He is very extroverted, and due to his royal status, if he isn’t inciting arguments with dragons, no one would probably talk to him. His talons are very dull, and he can’t flash his scales, but he makes it up with his loud body language and his dull talons means he can roughhouse harder without hurting others. Nothing can seem to get him down for long

MudWing Royal Family

I am too tired to draw any more dragons but wanted to share more about my WoF AU world so here’s some info on Delta’s husband and kids

Delta’s husband(as seen in the family tree) is a MudWing named Coot. He’s very loyal to his wife. Very strict and righteous man with a love for tradition. Good husband but not a very doting father to his kids.

The BigWings of the royal clutch sadly did not make it past a couple days after hatching due to something I have not come up with yet.

The eldest of the living hatch mates is the MudWing princess Mire. She is wise and determined and very aged mentally from dealing with her crazy sibs. She often has to leave them behind with their father to go on diplomatic missions with her mother cause she is an excellent diplomat. It does give her a break so dats good. She was also born from a blood red egg so she is fireproof.

the other princess is Swamp. She is very unstable and full of confusion. She is also very stubborn and while she does not know what the heck is going on, she refuses to listen to anybody who actually does know what’s going on. She is an animus, but doesn’t know the extent of her abilities. She hasn’t lost too much of her soul yet, thankfully. The only MudWing Prince is Fen. He is a bit smaller than his sisters, and has vitiligo. He likes to stay silent in his sibs shadows. He doesn’t like to be noticed, as most of the stuff he does in his free time revolves around the mutilation of his pets to study their anatomy, which he has enchanted to heal themselves on his command and be immortal. So yeah he an animus also, but he has never had much of a soul in his body to begin with. He is very dangerous and creative in his crimes, and it helps that nobody knows he’s an animus.

She influenced Petal a lot growing up since she lived in the same house as Petal’s foster mother

And now here is Pantala

The previous HiveWing Queen found the breath of evil, grew it not knowing what it was, it took over, while she is desperately trying to fix it lots of LeafWings, SilkWings, and some HiveWings went to Pantala. The Queen managed to alter the breath of evil to make HiveWings immune to it and managed to rebuild. The Pantalan Dragons do not know that and have not dared to even try to go to Pantala. I will explain the Great Blaze Wall in a later post where I can go more in-depth
