I'll take your conversions any day over theirs since the last time I downloaded hair from them it turned out that they just used the sims 4 textures without remapping and that's just *groans annoyed* I ended up remaking that particular hair completely since it was useless to me as it was released, no point in remapping and doing all the work on making their version usable when I can instead do it "right" from the start and enable it for more ages etc. :/
oh wow, yea iâm not familiar with their work at all but thatâs the thing like...imo everyone should be able to choose whichever version works best for them. that makes the most sense to me. that version comes w the headband that i wasnât interested in so...if people prefer that then go for it! its fine. thanks so much though, youâve always helped and supported me and i truly appreciate you.

Several hair meshes have been converted multiple times before and this has never been a problem before, to my knowledge. Different people like different things and simmers can chose which version of a mesh better suits their needs. Like everyone else said, keep up the amazing work! Your conversions are lovely â€
yea iâve been in the ts2 community since 2006, even though i didnât start creating until like 2016 and i was just ??? at original complaint on my post like multiple versions of things is normal and fine lol. honestly i feel like itâs an issue with people who are coming from the ts4 community or smth because i noticed theyâre really strict on only one person doing a recolor/rexture/etc and i legit donât understand it.

There is nothing wrong with uploading multiple conversions of the same hairs. All conversions are done differently and the people who download them might have a personal preference. This has never been an issue before in this community and we shouldn't start making it one now. Keep up the amazing work @amidalasimsâ.
yup i upload specifically for the people who enjoy things made the same way as me. just follow ur heart lmaooo having options is a good thing and the ts2 comm has always done it like this! legit itâs a non issue, iâll be ignoring any further complaints tbh. thanks for your kind words!

addressing the ...drama? lol on the last conversion. i dont care if other people convert the same hairs before me/after me. cos literally every conversion is different so it doesnt matter.
i personally prefer all ages and lowered polycount that doesnt affect the look of the hair. other people prefer high poly/1 age group only/etc and thats fine! but im gonna keep releasing my version as i dont use those versions and also so people with the same taste as me can have mine. literally jus ignore mine if u dont like it cos if i make it im gonna share it!
