Will forever be mad that we got to see Sam upset about Richie but not Tara upset about Amber in Scream 6. Sam only knew Richie for a short while 6 months. Tara knew Amber for years. Amber was Tara's best friend and girlfriend. We should've seen something.

Scream 7 is so bad that I’d honestly rather watch toxic wlw where Tara shoots her gf, gets PTSD, dates Chad n dumps him in the end cuz she realizes she’s a lesbian n the only girl she ever wanted was that brown-eyed brunette who stayed with her through those long nights when her mom was out drinking

Still think that maybe Amber was afraid of them finishing school cause at that point, school seemed like a safe controlled environment.

You live in the same town, have the same circle of friends but then… if not different colleges, then Tara's possible attempts to build a relationship with her sister, new friends, goals.

As we know Amber doesnt like to share attention n damn I can imagine how often the thought of the end was on her mind. Their end.

As if by making Tara disabled or simply causing her vulnerability n weakness, Tara would have to need her. This fueled Amber's belief that the plan to “revive the franchise” had to be carried out before school ended.

It was a paranoid, burning, controlling desire to make Tara so dependent because… Tara's life led to this, didn't it? Considering her alcoholic mother, her father who left the family, and her sister who was the same. Amber was not only her salvation in this chaos. She was her downfall.

It was fate, but with a tragic ending.

i feel like so much of the scream fandom forgets that tara carpenter is not shy or awkward, she is snarky and sarcastic and gets drunk at parties and PUNCHED GALE WEATHERS IN THE FACE and the only reason she was screaming for most of the 5th movie is because she was actively being chased by a killer the whole movie

i think it's also forgotten that Tara and amber were not toxic until Richie came into the picture, like they probably had a healthy relationship if not slightly codependent and then amber started talking to Richie on reddit and he fucked things up for them because amber probably started acting off and distancing herself because Richie probably made her think Tara was evil or smth

I’m watching a show with an episode about how one of the characters can’t focus except when he’s on his skateboard

And the show’s solution is “he should ride his skateboard while doing important tasks”. Which initially seems absurd but the show treats it as a functional solution. Which I love because this solution is basically just “give whatever accommodations necessary, even if it seems weird”.
