SSO suggestions

A new player character model, with a better posture, better proportions, an expressive face, and toes (now that we have sandals - they look so weird!!!)

weather. weather. weather. And not just sudden rain and then sunshine again - long cludy skies, mist/fog, wind, thunderstorms. The likes. Weather that really sets the atmosphere and isn’t always comfortable.

A bank account to be able to save sc and js properly.

a wardrobe to look like the shops in Jorvik City, so we can actually find our clothes/tack properly.

a little room or house (and a place to put our sofa!)

the ability to “eat” in our stable and the clubhouse and pretty much every place where we can actually sit down in front of a table.

Dress underwear. Like… really short shorts to wear under a “dress” top, because the shorts and and skirts always look so weird under it. But make it so that it can either only be worn with dresses or the way that it works as a proper piece of clothing, or else we will soon have a loooot of players running/riding around in slips.

On that note - the ability to wear tights/leggings under the skirts.

Dressage and Western. The South Hoof rescue foal quests actually use the dressage/western functions from Spring/Summer Rider.

The ability to pat other people’s horses and generally other animals.

More wild animals. And more farm animals. I want deers and mooses and lynxes, but also goats and large dogs and guinea pigs. And some of them as running pets!

Also, an about me section in the “inspect” function. If that needs to be censored, let there be options to choose from. But it has to be optional.

Also, better text editors for the clubs, etc. Those are so uncomfortable to use.

I don’t know if this would work, technically, because I don’t know much about these things, but… a sort of “browser window” for the SSO site in game - with the ability to look up news, and type in codes and the likes.

The ability to replay old (story-) quests without gaining any xp or js, just for fun, in a sort of “diary” maybe as part of the journal

Also, the ability to make notes in the journal and maybe make lists of things to do, etc.

New hidden quests.

A new area with old places - PineHill, Beauvista, and all what we’ve been hinted at lately. It’s really time.

Some star related stuff with the A.A.E. Actually being able to watch the stars from the observatory, realistic constellations and info, sort of Google Earth like, but… prettier. You get the idea.

Another café in Dino Valley. And generally more - and more place appropriate - options for food.

Make the Jorvik Warmblood cold resistant. It is a Jorvegian breed and Jorvik is a cold place, and we have storyquests in the Dino Valley. I think that would be fair. People would still buy cold resistant horses, so it won’t “harm” their business, and the majority of breeds will still not be cold resistant.

More options to do things on our own, and also the ability to interact with npc more.

i reworked my original idea for my section of the glass walls map and now i’m sketching some horses before going digital! keeping things more stylized than my first try :) it’s been fun to think about how to go about this project!

the people are not at all proportionate lol but i’m just blocking their shapes in for now

i like the idea of updating older regions graphically + i know theyre doing this in steps because its too big of an undertaking otherwise, but im hoping to also eventually see more development to the like. overall liveliness + interactivity of the regions.

id love to see npcs going around silverglade village during the day, maybe even different ones every day - maybe on a certain day thered be a tour group outside silverglade castle - maybe you can interact with the tour guide to get little pieces of lore about the castle as a historic monument and about the silverglade village area and its famous clock tower. teens hanging around the fountain, or sitting on the steps up to town hall or to the houses with backpacks, as if schools out and they came down to town because theres a lot of shops here (maybe even appearing only at a certain point of day). maybe some older man thatll come feed the ducks in the fountain every friday or something and he’ll tell you about how his late wife used to love ducks or something sad like that. maybe sometimes you can catch anne, when shes back, standing by the post office catching up with derek, because theyre still friends. maybe people are sitting at the little white table by one of the entrances into the village and maybe theyre having a small picnic. maybe someones standing in front of that one grim statue, and will tell you how it gives them the heebie jeebies. at night the town goes quiet - maybe a loiterer npc, sitting on the fountains edge because they like spending some time out here to think or something, its peaceful at night. i didnt expect to talk this much about this actually but my home stables steves farm and i might be biased toward silverglade

do you guys think we’ll ever get redesigned leg wraps? i want to see actual boots, too, as opposed to a kind of boot pattern laid on top of the baggy sock shape we have right now. i just really want realistic wraps that don’t go practically over the hoof because a) it would look SO much better and b) i think realistic horse tack lets the game be educational to everyone as well as more pleasing to some of the players who ride horses irl.
