I expect you to understand that a transphobic society amplifies the voices of a tiny fraction of detransitioners who fit their narrative, and that the idea that most detransitioners (and it is detransitioners, not ‘detrans’ because most of us are still very much trans) are like the ones you see on the news is a myth that TERFs would love you to believe. Detransitioners are the people most in need of trans rights and it is helping no one to act like we’re poison or that we should concede the word for our experiences to a tiny fraction of us.

Also, cis guy Jared who thought he might be a girl for a little bit but decided it wasn’t for him is not your enemy. He’s probably more likely to be accepting of trans people than someone who has never questioned their gender. Grow up
