In the Thriller Bark arc shadows are treated like souls, however after losing there shadows Luffy, Sanji , Zoro and Brook don’t lose their personality but there Zombies do to some extent gain there personalities.

So you know daemon AU. I think in that world Gecko Moria power should not be to control shadows but to control deamons.

I think this would fit the whole arc so well as it’s filled with you know consent issues and objectify of people (women hevaly more so)

I watched Dr Stone recently can’t help but think of an AU where Stanly and Xeno broke up before the world was turned to stone.

I don’t know what this entails but I think it’s messy and Stan was in Japan instead if the state, mostly I just think it would be funny to have cool, calm and scary Stan starting arguing with the USA representative’s because they working with Dr Xeno

So you know the Crocodad theory right. It never quite made sense to me like if Crocodile is willing to publicly fight for Luffy why doesn’t he know Luffys name. Like I can get behind Crocodile leaving Luffy or Dragon tell him Luffy died but not knowing his son’s name, that was too much for me. But what if instead if Crocodile being the trans one it’s Dragon, what if Crocodile never even knew of Luffy, what if Crocodile only saved Luffy because these a chance luffy is his, or maybe Crocodile saved Luffy to have proof that Dragon cheated. I’m not really sure I just think that it’s something to be considered.

I’m just starting the water 7 arc which means I’ve met Aokiji and I love him, like I don’t care what terrible thing he did to Rodin he’s my new favorite character now and I need people to know that. They is nothing this man could do to make me stop loving him and no I have no reason to love him so much.

Also I don’t know if its on purpose are if it’s only there in the dud but Aokiji sounded proud of Rodin, like when he was telling the stawhats how every organisation she join fails, he sounded proud. I will becoming up with an AU to explain this.

I’ve watched Sk8 to infinity recently and can’t help but think that Raki, Langa and Miya ( and shadow) meeting Joe and Cherry’s family could be so funny. I don’t think it would be a planed thing and I can see it going one of two ways.

The first, the kids forget that Joe and Cherry are adults, and have adult responsibilities and milestones. I mean they know that Joe and Cherry are adults but I think when there hanging out and Joe and Cherry are bickering and treating the kids as equals and not as some dumb kids they forgot that these are two adults with success jobs.

That is until one night at S, Joe’s in the middle of a beef when Cherry gets a call. The call is odd enough most people have there phone on do not disturb or even left at home to prevent people from finding S, whats odder is Cherrys reaction. He takes after the racing duo catching up to Joe and quickly talking to him, the cameras are to far to hear what was said but they could see Joe smiling before the two are running back to there bikes and leaving without explanation.

They don’t show up at S the next day so the Kids (plus Shadow) go to the restaurant in hopes of finding one of them. They arrive between rushes to find Cherry sitting at the bar with Joe behind it, he’s showing Cherry something on his phone. They don’t seem to notice the four’s arrival till they’re right beside them and can see what Joe showing Cherry, it’s a photo of a newborn. The two stop there bickering when Raki asks who the baby is, causing Cherry to sigh and Joe to light up and starts barging about his new nephew/ niece.

It strikes the Kids then that these are adults, proper adults, not like Shadow who’s one in that he lives alone, can vote and drink. Joe and Cherry are adults in that they have their life together, there friends and family are getting married and having kids, there adults in all sense of the word. That realisation is quickly thrown out the window when the two start fighting.

The second option the Kids (and Shadow) know they’re adults, they know they can rely on them. The two help with homework and give them lifts when Shadow can’t, they make sure there feed and offer advice and reassurance when asked. They act like parents or uncles to the kids.

This image is shattered when on one otherwise ordinary evening handing out in the restaurant, Cherrys helping with homework as Joe is making a snack. It’s after hours but Joe has never kicked them out even after all the tables are cleaned and the rest of the staff have gone home. The door opens and the Kids turn expecting Shadow but are instead greeted but two strangers. They’re cut off from telling them that the restaurant is closed by Cherry informing the strangers that Kojiro is in the kitchen and will be out soon.

Miya who hasn’t stopped calling Cherry mama since the beach asks who there are but instead of getting an answer from Cherry is meet with the strangers pouncing on him and pinching his cheeks calling him cute. They only stop when Joe steps out from the kitchen. The strangers start giving out to him for not telling them they had a grandchild before and first having a child before marrying Kaoru and really it’s just irresponsible of him. When they finally stop to catch their breath, Miya (who is loving the chaos and wants the cheek pinching to stop) speaks up before Joe can defend himself. He points to Reki and Langa who are both have been laughing since the cheek pinching began and oh so innocently asks if that makes them the strangers eldest grandkids.

This starts the whole show again until Cherry finally steps in and saves Reki’s and Langa’s cheeks from farther pinching. He finally introduces the strangers as Kojiro parents and introduces the kids to the parents highlight the fact that they are not actually there kids, this only does so much when Cherry proceeds to hand Miya his homework and tries to send the three home. Instead if listing to Cherry the Three are told to stay but the parents who proceed to treat Joe like he’s still a little kid, though out there visit they try to get joe and Cherry to start planning there wedding ( each time meet with denies of being engaged) and try to get them to adopt the kids officially.

When Shadow finally arrives in full S gear he is greeted with by a Joe despite to get the kids and his parents away from one another and a Cherry who’s just enjoying the show. The parents seem a bit werray of letting a strange man in a full face of clown make up take the kids to some unknown (to them) place but are finally put at ease when Cherry and Joe assuers them that they’ll be joining them once they changeed.

Basically the kids (plus Shadow) meeting Joes or Cherrys family is really funny as on one hand you have them being adults with nieces and nephews but on the other hand you have there parents acting like embarrassing parents

Random headcanon

Saba has hypermoblety (sorry Idk how to spell). This would mean that not only would he be super flexible but his skin would also be stchey. I like this as although not the gumo gumo frite it is a bit like Sabo has both of his brothers powers

Been thinking about this all day but imagine a fic where Shanks and Buggy get switched with their younger counterparts (pre Rogers execution). This is working under the assumption that Mihawk is Rayleigh and Shakky’s son and so visited the Roger Pirates and knew Shanks and Buggy growing up.

There crews are frantic, what’s happened to there captains and who are these two weirdly competent kids. There just trying to keep these kids safe and happy till they can return them to there families.

Shanks is convinced that he’s been kidnapped and that the crew is trying to use him as bait for the Roger pirates and refuses to tell them anything and fights anyone who goes near him.

The Buggy Pirates figure out he was a young Buggy fast, how many kids say flashy or horded treasure so Buggy is having the time of his life. These grown ups are just giving him gold any time he wants and no one says anything about his nose.

The Red haired pirates thought they were done for , or at least the kid was, when Mihawk shows up. That is until the kid runs out from where he’s hiding, calling out to Mihawk. That is until he has almost ran into him. The crew hold their breaths when the kid shouts out “you’re not Mihawk, you’re old”. Some of the Red haired pirates rush forward. Ready to save this idiot kid from being killed. There stop when Mihawk crouches down “then your not Shanks, you’re to young”

Thats how after days the Red haired pirates learn what happened to their captain. Somehow this leads to Mihawk staying with them as kid Shanks tries to convince him to bring him back to his crew. Mihawk try’s, he does but but how does one tell a kid that his captain has died, instead he tries calling Rayleigh only for Shakky to tell him that his father hasn’t been home in a month and probably won’t be back for another while.

Mihawk doesn’t want to deal with a preteen much less one thats clearly put off by the adult version of his friend. So after Calling Rayleigh fails and after Shanks insistence he takes Shanks to a different filmier face one that hasn’t changed since Shanks was a kid.

White beard is surprised when the Red Hair pirates pull up along the Mody Dick and its not Shanks that asks for permission to broad but Benn Beckman. He is more surprised by Dracule Mihawk standing next to him. His crew (or at least the newer members) are shocked when a young boy jumps at him, rambling on about not fighting because Hawky says they can’t and that he has to find Blue.

It’s when Mihawk walk up to Whitebeard that they get an explanation, not that it makes sense. Apparently that kid is Shanks and he doesn’t trust his crew. And Mihawk can’t keep any eye on him because he needs to check on this Blue. Whitebeard puts one of his new sons inchage of keeping an eye on him, much to both Shanks and Aces displeased.

The Buggy Pirates were not expecting it when there mini caption ran out to deck in the middle of dinner for no reason. They were expecting it less when warlord of the sea Dracule Mihawk slowly makes it into view.

They’re trying to get away, trying to not catch the warlord eye. What there not expecting is for there captain to throw a fit when he relises that they trying to get away and not heading towards the warlord.

It was pointless trying to get away from Mihawk and he catches up to the Big Top not too long later. Somehow there not surprises when there mini captain jumps the warlord, they are surprised when the warlord doesn’t stab him. Instead the Warlord gears the Crew and asks for they second in command. He covensts them that they should go to the grand line to visted the same Red that there captain keeps going on about.

Meanwhile in the past the Roger pirates are confused when there two cabins boys are replaced with two adults, adults that claim to be there cabin boys. Two adults who can’t stop fighting each other or watching the crew with grief not that they’re telling the Roger pirates anything. It seems the one thing that the two can agree on is not spoiling to future.

I’ve put like no thought into this and am only starting One Piece but i have been spoiled on somethings.

But imagine an AU, Sanji’s brothers wear still all successful experiments and Sanji was still a failure in that regard. Only Judge knew something, Judge knew that to be a leader, a king, one needs emotions.

So imagine if you will a universe where instead of being locked up when his mother died, Sanji was instead raised to be Judge’s heir. Sanji was still weaker than his brothers and sister, was still belittled for it. But instead of being punished past his limits and beaten up, he was thought to be a ruler.

Imagine one day when Sanji 19 he hears of a crew of pirates, they catch his eye, he can’t explain why, he tells Judge something about possible powerful ally. He is allowed to follow them, to find out more. And he joins the Strawhat pirates.

Sanji tells them he is the son of some retired pirate chief. Tells them he has no other family. And he tells them he’s a chief. They believe him, of course they do (as much as Judge hated it cooking was what calmed Sanji so it was allowed as long as he never cooked for others)

The Strawhats notice that he can fight as much as Sanji say other wise. They notice that dispirit claiming a pirate as a father he has no clue how to sail, they notice he carries himself with too much grace, with too much confidence. They notice that Vivi recognised and fears him. But they don’t question it. Not when Vivi waves them off and not when Sanji claims to be adopted .

That is until whole island. Not until Judge has decided that he’s heir has been away for to long. Not until Judge needs a way to keep big mom in line.

Sanji was fine with it, he was. He didn’t get attached like he promised his father, so why did it hurt, why did it hurt to think he has betrayed them, why did it hurt to think he’ll never see any of the Strawhats again.
