Last month, #Fulbright students and alumni met in Williamson, WV for a week of service learning with @amizadegsl. Back in 2013 @steelers' owner, and Ambassador to Ireland, Mr. Dan Rooney welcomed a group of Amizade students from Northern Ireland and Pittsburgh for a tour of Heinz Field and a chance to talk with the Ambassador about football, North American culture, and US-Ireland relations. Today, Amizade is saying goodbye to Mr. Rooney looking at his lasting legacy and reminiscing upon this extraordinary moment in our history of cross-cultural programs.
