Hey so, does anyone else who was bullied in primary and secondary school feel like they have to follow different rules than everyone else.

Like even though I'm 20 and I left school 4 years ago, I feel like I still follow the unspoken rules like where im not allowed to sing or dance even if everyone else is and I'm the only person not doing it - I still feel the pressure of "you are not allowed to because THEY will see you and THEY will mock or video you".

Even if I'm at a party or a club, even if everyone is like "come dance" - i have to stand there awkwardly despite really wanting to.......................

I haven't sang or danced in years.......
