Warrior, Emerald Priest, Runesmith, Chaos Shaper

Warrior- Ranged, Melee, Tanks,

Emerald Priest- Healing, Finding Enemies, buffs/debuffs

Runesmith- Blacksmith, enchanting Chaos into things, Trap making, fixing stuff

Chaos Shaper- can bend Chaos Energy into whatever form they need, Teleportation, Magic users

Their goal is to fight to protect the island's greatest treasure. The Master Emerald.

People flocked to the game on mass pouring money into it

It had harsh limits

It's not PvP, its not allowed 

But people could challenge and spar for more Honor Points

It's only a Player vs Enemy

It has many levels.

And each level has waves.

Its little like tower defense with rpg elements

Where if your Character Died, you had to make a new one.

Your old character's name was put on the memorial stone along with all the others who fell in battle.

Each week a new creature will show up to try to take the Master Emerald

Most notable enemies are the Elder Gods, the Olympians, Norse Pantheon, The Egyptians, Space Warlords, A Wizard whose name if spoken got more powerful, a Litch, Several Dragons, Space Jellyfish, a corrupted Elemental, And one hacker with a corrupted Chao.

The hacker was named Pachacamac, he took a Chao (and coded a monster,) and wreaked havoc with it

Several thousand players had their accounts deleted that day, 

A rumor stated that some people were killed in real life too. A CEO's daughter of the company, but nothing confirmed.

The scandal killed the game 

It was a slow death; people didn’t want to make new characters when so many high-level ones were lost. 

7 years later it's a dying game with most of the people leaving 

Yet the Devs still update it

All but one player left

Knuckles joined late but has since then fought past the previous record level of 762

He reached level 999

No invading creature has touched the master emerald.

Some have come close

Just when Knuckles has defeated level 1000 a strange pop up in Master Emerald Green™ asks a question

Sonic takes 5 years to find the Chaos Emeralds He is 23 and found only 6

Yellow: fell in the hands of Tails after sonic had dropped it. He was more than happy to help when he heard the problem. He wanted to study the emeralds, but they were lost to history until he stumbled into one at the same time as Sonic. It was located in the Green Hill Zone.

Red: Amy, who loves a good love story. She didn’t even know it was a chaos emerald. Just that her great great grandmother found it. It's been in the family ever since. Her Mother made a mini altar to it in the basement of their house. (It's common for Mobians to make gems altars to represent the missing Chaos Emeralds)

Orange: Was in the hands of Doctor Robotnik. He wiped out clan Heel to study its powers. It was the only time Sonic felt fear during his search. Sonic barely escaped, and only with the help of Tails was he able to grab the Emerald. Doctor Eggman swears to hunt down Sonic for his power.

Blue: Vector, who is waiting for the Controller to claim it. He was raised by one of the 3 missing/hidden Echidna tribes, clan Tail. along with Espio. Sonic had to pass several tests of character to win the emerald.

Purple: Rouge who wants to help free anyone who is imprisoned. She works with Shadow to bust slave rings and drug cartels. She has never shone the emerald to anyone. Though Shadow suspects. He felt the chaos on her even though she could not control it.

Clear: was in Silver's hands who had found it sealed at the bottom of what was once the ocean. It was hidden in the future. So, Silver and Blaze retrieved it and on the brink of death, took the one-way trip to bring it back. it was the only way to save the world from the A greater threat.

He could never find the Green Chaos Emerald. That one was truly lost to time.

Eldritch Angel Island AU

Can I have an AU where Angel Island is Eldritch paradise? Like everything there is Eldritch, the plants, the water, the earth, definitely that volcano, The Master Emerald is the one who leads them.

Knuckles is the like the beloved family pet. He was never alone because the whole island loved him.

I think about Sonic and Knuckles a lot and the more I do the more I’m inclined to believe that Sonic is really likely to kiss Knuckles and start a serious romantic relationship with him from a canon (game) standpoint. case in point:

being on simply much friendlier and warmer terms overall. while Sonic and Shadow’s relationship has definitely improved some since their last Big headbutting in Heroes (and Sonic X by extension), it’s still a lot more on the Rival side than it is Friend. even then, when they do have to work together, I feel like it borders on simply Mild Tolerance. the two really need some long, thorough time to talk to each other and set aside their differences to improve their relationship, which at the current moment Sonic Team hasn’t been willing to do since about Sonic 06. Knuckles I think has much better chances to really click with Sonic simply because the canon moments that we got from the two overall had a much warmer and welcoming atmosphere

Sonic X. they have a Lot of moments of physical contact, probably much more than with any other character unless I remember the show wrong (I haven’t seen all of Sonic X properly in ages so maybe I definitely remember it wrong. still. intimate handholding)

Knuckles crushes Hard on Sonic in X and if you disagree you’re either blind or you’re wrong sorry man the truth is out there

why does Knuckles blush. if they actually took the time to add the blush marks to the animation, it’s definitely a deliberate choice. there is no heterosexual explanation to this

Knuckles has lived alone for the longest time. though despite being fooled by Eggman at the beginning, we can see how he immediately came to trust Sonic and Tails in the same game. I’m sure Sonic’s warm and welcoming (AFTER the deal with Eggman that is) entry into his life means a lot to him, and we can assume he never had anyone close to a friend in his life before.

as a result, Knux considers Sonic his greatest friend. he hangs around him, never leaves his side when they’re together, appears very concerned for him, and even when he does fuck up due to his gullibility he tries hard to make up for his mistakes, especially to Sonic

Sonic Heroes

in the future, Sonic will have started a relationship with Knuckles and they decide to be the official Gay Dads for Tails, treating him as their adopted son/brother at the same time
