soooo— i’m finally feeling sufficiently emotional™ to be sappy. i love you — i adore your portrayals and feel like i gain five years each time i read one of your headcanons. your love for your muses just…. comes through, seeps through my laptop screen and right into my heart. your ability to write so many different characters amazes and inspires me — so many muses means so many reasons to be salty. and while in fact, i love to salt with you, i also acknowledge that it is …. exhausting to start writing a muse and to have to write up a lengthy canon divergence post first because canon did yet another child dirty.

Why Did I Follow Them? o boy, i can barely remember when i started first following you? i think it was on rogue forever ago. you were just so cool & i felt like a peasant noob in the rpc, but i had finally worked up the nerve to follow you because your rogue is legendary, lmao! Do I Want To Role Play With Them? roleplay with ghost is one of my three major moods of the day. An AU Idea(s) For Our Muses: 

rogue & sorano in a wonder woman movie-inspired au, where sorano is a member of a legendary race of female warriors / summoners called celestials, and rogue is a man (occupation of your choosing) who washes up on their sacred island and ends up falling prisoner to the celestials. sorano, who has the opportunity to speak with rogue and learn of the world he comes from, sees good and kindness in him (whether he is or not, would be up to you). she hesitantly helps him escape, at risk of her entire livelihood with the celestials.

rogue & sting are detectives / monster hunters tho!?

rogue & yukino (and probably sting) are trained assassins since childhood, under the fearless warlord, jiemma. yukino and rogue eventually question their loyalties and seek to leave their dark past behind together. (this almost feels like a MCU thing)

Do I Ship Our Muses?: i do for a few! not just romantically, but i love the idea of some strong af platonic friendships. for romantically? my favorites with your rogue are with meredy & sorano!  What I Think About The Mun: ghost, you are one of my best friends on this hellsite. being in the rpc is never the same when you’re not around! i can tell you anything & you’re just such an understanding & considerate person. we’ve been together through the ups & downs of tumblr. you truly are one of the few people that keep me sane here. i adore you. i love all the fun ideas we come up with together about our muses & building all our muse connections is the highlight of my time here!  Overall Opinion: ghost is a fabulous roleplay partner & friend!! she is a phenomenal writer who’s just really good at making you FEEL when you write with her. she puts so much detail, originality, and thought into her portrayals. she’s so amazing at picking up various muses & making them her own. ghost is the kind of person that values genuine friendship outside of in-character interactions & i just love that about her. honestly i’ll never let you go so you’re stuck with me. sorry, not sorry. :^)

juvia & flare are in an opposites that attract / star-crossed dilemma. perhaps they are goddesses that rival each other’s powers, or they originate from magical societies / families that detest one another. but they meet & find that they complement each other both in spirit & emotion.

sawyer & meredy in a cliche modern setting where sawyer is a famous race car celebrity & he becomes injured in an accident. he wakes up at a hospital and meets meredy, the doctor in residency who ends up helping him through the trauma. ( fucking cliche i know, but something like that )

Do I Ship Our Muses?: i’m down for anything & everything honestly  What I Think About The Mun: nadia, you are just the sweetest, more inclusive rper i’ve ever met. honestly. you’re so down to connect with all kinds of people, and you’re just so openly charismatic. it’s wonderful. i’m forever sad that i was not born australia to be able to visit you easily, because you seem like the dopest bich to hang out with irl. getting drunk with you at least once in my life is on my damn bucket list. Overall Opinion: nadia is someone who sees the creative potential in so many muses other might not appreciate. she adopts them & makes them her own. she cares about muse relationships & muse connections, along with how important they are for their individual development. she brings the FUN!! and carefree nature back to roleplay. there’s never any unpleasantness surrounding her, because she’s just here to enjoy herself & the company of others who share her interests. & honestly it’s so fucking refreshing. she writes beautifully & she’s just a joy to see on the dash! i love her & you should too!

“ No, no I know. Your guild has done so much for me.   You have done so much for me. I know that I am. “

Hands clasped together as she spoke to the other, fingertips rubbing against one another lightly out of sheer anxiety. Ever since the war, she hadn’t stepped foot near Lamia Scale nor seen Chelia at all. For that however, it was only because of her ownself. The guilt she still felt in regards to Chelia. She didn’t want it to come up or bog her down when she was already going through so much. It was that, that & she didn’t know what to say to Chelia. 

She wanted to act like things were fine, like nothing had changed & their friendship was still the same. Wendy however didn’t feel right even remotely acting like such. “ I just – “ Her words trailed off. Did she have the right to act as such. Was it ok for her to be so casual? Her thoughts were such a whirlwind in her head that they confused her. How she should even act, or feel in this situation created so much conflict within. 

chelia’s expression grows solemn, her sky blue eyes darting to side to escape her gaze. she frowns more deeply, as she heard the rue behind her words. she never blamed wendy–––not even a little bit. even in such a dark, hopeless place, chelia would fight to find light. it wouldn’t be fair to hold her responsible for a decision she made. there was nothing to forgive in regards to wendy, but she couldn’t help but feel as though she was grievously sorry for it all. chelia would never ask for such an apology, and it’s not as though wendy rose from the battle unscathed either. her dear friend had been hurting in ways chelia would never know, and that was why she made the choice she did in the first place. because she didn’t want her to hurt. ever.

❛ wendy, ❜   she begins gently, hands reaching to clasp hers. chelia looks intently upon her, searching for ways to break down those walls she slowly began to build. the former god slayer sighs, allowing a smile to illuminate her previously dark aura,   ❛ do you remember what we promised each other the day you left to rejoin fairy tail? we will always be friends. and that’s not going to change now. ❜   she squeezes wendy’s palms in efforts to comfort her, but maybe she did so to console herself as well. it was clear their friendship would never be the same–––not after what they’ve seen and endured. but true friends were worth fighting for, right?

what exactly does a low-maintenance rp partner mean? well… it means that I will never rush you for a reply ( ic or ooc ), meme or ask answer, or pretty much anything! take all the time you need, it really doesn’t matter to me. this isn’t a race, this is something that is done for fun! so, don’t feel obligated to do something or even be online, if you don’t want to. it doesn’t matter how long or fast it takes you to respond to me, if you’re my person, you’re my person. and if you go on hiatus, i’ll stick with you through it so when you come back it’s like nothing ever happened. never feel obligated to explain to me why it takes so long, i get it we all have other things we’re doing. some of us work full-time, some of us are in school full-time, some of us run multiple blogs and some of us just can’t find the will or motivation to write for a couple days on end… I never want you to feel pressured to interact/talk/associate with me. so, do what you need for yourself and just know i’ll be here in the background rooting for you!

many were childish in comparison–––just small, wide-eyed individuals holding onto silly sentiments and thoughts of how people are generally ‘good’. it was that spite she carried which allowed her to be strong. no matter how unconventional it may have been, it’s who she is. sorano wasn’t a glass house, and no amount of thrown stones would shatter her. yet, she couldn’t stop the way her lip curled in disdain at his comment.   ❛ regardless–––i’ve made it this far just as i am, and i don’t intend on doing others the pleasure of dying just yet. ❜

she nodded slowly, blue eyes deep and  sad  as she let them linger on the other. there were only two emotions she felt when she thought of the war — burning anger or bottomless grief. she preferred the anger, she could channel it into something remotely useful, the country was still rebuilding and could use a woman who could move rubble with relative ease. the mournful whispers she trusted her pillow with, on the other hand, were not going to fix anything. ‘‘ that’s me, ’’ she confirmed quietly. ‘‘ and … we lost some good people. ’’ 

she was trying not to sound too spiteful, but it was hard. there were person-shaped holes in the guild hall where mages had been before. it hurt every day, and she was not sure how the guild was going to recover from this. she did not question  that  they would recover — theirs was an old guild and it could withstand loss — but she knew that it would take time. it would take  her  time and she had not even been particularly close to anyone who had died; the loss that had come closest to her door was that chelia could no longer use magic … and that was a very complicated matter for her.

‘‘ ——i’m  fine. i was out of the country during the war for work. ’’

❛ that’s truly terrible, ❜   meredy frowns gravely, as she couldn’t attempt to sugar coat her reaction. no amount of hopeful impositions or ‘positive’ reassurances would erase the grief. it was that type of passive behavior and blind disregard that let such chaos ensue. if more people cared for the affairs of others–––not just powerful men resting on pedestals, perhaps things could’ve played out differently.   ❛  .  .  .  you have my condolences. ❜

meredy stills, her eyes growing solemn. collateral damage was never absent in war. there were never enough words or apologies that could heal such wounds–––no amount of hopeful wishing to bring back all that was lost. 

she carried tolerance for fairy tail since joining crime sorciere, allying with them when it deemed necessary. their independent guild was still careful. it wasn’t until after seeing the destruction their leader allowed to be unleashed upon fiore that left her uncertain. she thought of all the pain and catastrophe that her former dark guild caused–––with all the troubling years she struggled through to find repentance. she was small child, but even she couldn’t excuse herself for her association and support. it wasn’t reasonable that a child could learn to understand her wrongdoings and seek to make up for her errors, yet a seemingly wise old man offered very little to compensate for whatever disasters he brought. such injustices made her skate on the edge of bitterness. why was she deemed as a villain when ‘heroes’ who do more harm than good are glorified?

meredy lowers her chin, lips pursing from the contempt which her thoughts triggered. she says gently,  ❛ i’m so sorry–––news of the war couldn’t have come easy. ❜

someone my muse considers a best friend.

honestly! yukino isn’t one to have a typical ‘best friend’. at least not how i portray her? she has very little trust and faith in people. the one person she loved more than anything was horrifically taken from her at a vulnerable state, and that type of heartbreak left her very closed off and damaged. she was shamefully shunned from a group of people who she had called her ‘family’, and although she eventually let bygones be bygones, that rejection still ran deeply. she wouldn’t name one of her spirits as a best friend, because she doesn’t believe in viewing them as traditional ‘friends’. how can she ever feel worthy to be named a friend by them, when she can pull them from any peaceful moment of their lives without warning to fight for her? and she’d never be able to do the same for them.

the closest friend she would probably name would be minerva. she’s grown most close to her during their time together. minerva wasn’t present during yukino’s banishment, and how the tigress would’ve reacted remains to be seen. but they still carry mutual respect for one another. yukino does trust minerva, and there’s a protective nature between the two. yukino cares for her, and minerva understands more than anyone the scathing pain family can cause someone.
