Okay I've been watching Teen Wolf for the first time and this show is WILD. Spoilers for season 2 but like

This girl Allison (who's literally dating a werewolf by the way) randomly becomes evil and tries to kill all supernatural beings (all of which she literally knows personally and is friends/goes to school with) all because her mom wrote her a letter (which we never get to see) after killing herself because she got bit by a werewolf. Traumatizing, right? But.

Okay so more context Allison is from a family of hunters. Think like the Winchester brothers except they hunt down every supernatural being (mainly werewolves) and not just the murderers. So when her mom got bit, she decided the only thing to do was to kill herself so she wouldn't become a werewolf. Wild thing to do but I guess it's a personal choice?? But then Allison BLAMES THE WEREWOLVES for her mom's death. Yeah grief can be complicated, but here's the thing: the werewolf who bit her mom (his name is Derek by the way) (he's kind of a creep this season but the writers ignore that later) only did it while fighting her because she was trying to MURDER A SIXTEEN YEAR OLD werewolf who was Allison's boyfriend by the way all because she found out he was getting freaky with Allison!

And yeah Allison didn't know all the context at the time but she literally tried to kill kids her age because of what happened to her mom. Like yeah it sucks that she got bit and all but it was completely her choice to do that because she hated werewolves, like. Yeesh.

Oh and then also Allison's grandpa is a creepy freak who vehemently hates all supernatural beings and wants them dead and then he turns around and uses one (a kanima by the way) (weird mutation of a werewolf bite that makes you like a weird reptile thing that hates its own reflection and is desperately searching for guidance and validation) (who was also a 16 year old boy by the way) TO KILL MORE PEOPLE!!! And THEN he forces an alpha werewolf (Derek) (yes I know the genuine usage of alpha is upsetting) (I can't do anything about it) to bite HIM so that he can avoid dying from cancer! Oh okay so all werewolves are bad and evil and disgusting rabid creatures that you encourage someone to kill themself instead of becoming (he was very supportive of Allison's mom's decision and even told Allison's dad that her mom was already dead and was now just a ticking time bomb like... okay) UNTIL you get to become one because the world revolves around you okay got it sure.

That whole dang family needs to pick a lane and stay in it before I hit them with my car
