Okay so I feel the need to defend Izumi here:
She was not born with magical blood, she was born like everybody else and trained her ass off, THUS, if we take the premise of the poll on its face, Korra would be significantly weakened.
Also, there IS some amount of strategy in arm wrestling, the way you need to use your body, the way you set your elbow on the table. I completely believe that Korra simply blind bulls her way through everything and would not think of these things, meanwhile I believe Izumi--because alchemy requires a great deal of study--would be more familiar with the basic physics of leverage. Additonally, I believe Izumi has made a few bets in bars that have perfected her toproll techique, while Korra is a babychild.
