Luke Gottwald forced an 18 year old kesha to take drugs and alcohol in order to take advantage of her sexually while she was intoxicated. She asked the judge to issue a preliminary injunction that would bar Sony from forcing her to work with Dr. Luke and to cancel her contracts, as has been declined. Yet another example of failure in the justice systems worldwide. I pray for a day where we see VICTIMS of such a terrible thing all be helped and supported rather than have to live knowing their attacker still has the power. #freekesha
