Daily food log 1/19/2017
Breakfast Green tea with lemon and apple cider vinegar
Lunch Nothing
Dinner Large salad with romaine tomato mushroom and chicken
Snack Coffee with cream and stevia
Total calories 400
I had work and school today so there wasn't much time to eat but when I got home I made a huge salad and I feel extremely satisfied. I ate around 4.
hey... you know that ice cream you posted? do you know which countries it's sold in because it sounds amazing but i don't think it's in the UK....

this recipe is super healthy and filling the little dollop of marscpone really makes it and I honestly feel like I’m eating a hearty pasta. I also recommend adding a tomato basil sauce on the top for some extra saucy flavor. I add mushrooms to make it heartier and i don’t use eggplant because it doesn’t cook down enough for my taste

This is the best ice cream ever!!!!!
1 serving is between 50 and 70 calories and the entire pint is under 300.
my favorite is the chocolate though I haven’t tried all the flavors. It is honestly the best chocolate ice cream I’ve ever eaten and its healthy.
I have 1/2 cup a day to keep away cravings and i never feel bad about it.
If you live in the midwest you can buy it at any Kroger. If you don’t you can get it from the halo top website.

I do either side plank dips on both sides and leg lifts or russian twists, bicycles and leg lifts.
I like to focus on the obliques and lower abs as much as possible.
Hey I have a question, I wake up being around 148 lbs then by the time I go to bed I weigh myself and I'm around 153 or 155 but I always wake up lighter. I don't know how to keep my weight down... Any advice? Btw, I love your blog ♥︎
It’s natural to gain a few pounds during the day especially if you are drinking a lot of water.
The only advice I can give you is to eat more fiber so you wont have a lot of excess waste to add to your weight and don’t eat 3 hours before you go to bed.
Another healthy habit is to go for a walk immediately after you eat. a short walk around the block will do wonders.

Hi there! (First time messaging anything like this so eep) I have a LOT of issues with my upper arms and upper thighs, but have a horrible time trying to do push ups that are normally the go-to exercise whenever I ask because I'm so not used to it and feel so uncomfortable and awkward...Do you maybe have any tips for weight loss in those areas/how to do push-ups better? Thank you!
This tricep ball pushup from insanity is surprisingly easy and effective. you get into this crouched position and bend your arms until yours knees almost touch the floor.
Doing pushups on your knees until you get stronger is fine as long as you do them right. lay flat on your belly with your hands under your shoulders and push up onto your knees. Make sure your back is straight and your shoulders are over your hands.
tricep extensions can be done with anything remotely heavy like a bottle of water, a bag of ice or a jar of coins
Tricep dips are great for flabby arms. do them using the couch with your knees bent if you aren’t that strong. when you get stronger straighten your legs and maybe only use one leg.
squats lunges and wall sits are great for upper thighs and inner thighs. I personally like plie squats with a calf raise the best

I will be posting more recipes of things I like to eat along with the calorie count. These are all of my go to products at the grocery store, my bill is typically around $30-40 but I don’t have to buy more spices and sauces often.

What stores can you find miracle noodles at? I looked at walmart and they didn't have that brand and I didn't see any at target but I don't have a PayPal so I have to get them irl

40 CALORIE VANILLA PUDDING
using almond milk in place of regular or skim milk greatly decreases the number of calories.
I use sugar free vanilla pudding but this can be done with any flavor. I also use unsweetened vanilla almond milk it is 30 calories per cup.
The trick to this recipe is to use 1 cup of almond milk instead of the 2 cups or regular milk the recipe calls for. the entire batch will be about 170 calories but a serving size is 40 calories
adding low cal whipped cream makes it even more delicious

1. forgive yourself you’re only human
2. dont step on the scale most of the weight gain will be excess waste.
3. drink lots of water
4. drink an herbal laxative tea like smooth move at night to help the passage.
5. exercise in the morning

Hey what foods n stuff to prepare them would you recommend I should add to my grocery list? I do a 400 cal a day diet and it's frustrating when all I have is crackers and 100+ cal soup
I always put fresh veggies on my shopping list including tomato avocado celery cucumber mushroom nappa cabbage onions zucchini and the occasional sweet potato. also stock up on fresh herbs for zero calorie flavor and fresh fruits like strawberries raspberries lemons and oranges. sugar free pudding is a great sweet snack especially if you make it with unsweetened almond milk instead of regular milk. If you do this use half of the amount of milk the recipe calls for
