ITS SUNDAYYYYY
Guys! It's Sundayyyyy! You know what that means! WEIGH IN DAY!
And guess what.... I gained a few pounds this week 😲 but that is because I stuffed myself last night on Costco samples, Steak, Sweet Potatoes, and Shrimp... and maybe a Hot Fresh Krispy Kreme Doughnut...But that's ok! I'll lose it again! I'm not worried!!
And that is an important lesson... just because you maybe gain a few lbs back... or stay the same weight from week to week, it does not mean that you have failed, or your weight loss journey is over... it just means you have to work a little bit harder the next week to continue to better yourself!
How you respond to a negative change impacts your entire journey more than then negative change does!
So that is why today, I am posting the 2 pictures... Same shirt, same me... the one in the grass was taken in September 2016 as I was heading down to work at Disney for several months. The other one, that was me yesterday! If seeing those two people standing side by side doesn't get my pumped to now that what I am doing is working... I don't know what else will!
In the grass, I weighed around 350-360... I stayed off the scales then because I hated my weight. The other one, 317.4! It's amazing what a little weight loss, and not really a whole lot of hard work can do for you!
