Lies of P. Lea and Romeo

i always get thrown off in lies of p fics when P speaks a lot bc in-game, while he does speak, he also tends to choose nonverbal forms of communication (nodding, shaking his head) like half the time. when he does speak it's not monotone (exclamation points are used sometimes, for example) but it doesn't tend to be a lot of words at a time.

i really appreciate when fics play with the fact that he communicates this way. I like the interpretation that he chooses to speak more the more human he becomes because he recognises his space in the world more aside from just being a tool, and i also like the interpretation that he just chooses not to talk a lot bc he likes to observe. i think having him speak paragraphs can be really powerful when it's sprinkled throughout the story to show a big moment for him

tldr i wish more fics explored P's communication style more instead of just general speaking

i think its funny if he expresses things with his hands part because it's easier to than his face and part because he's around Venigni a lot and Venigni is aggressively Italian

So Another yap about the corday sisters and their Parallelism to the monad sisters and the fairytale they inspired by

So both patricia and adelina have similar hair to sophia and lea, and they are from rich family and both adelina and lea were victims of arlecchino cruelty And he unintentionally caused their sister's suffering (His actions helped Simon kidnap Sophia and made Patricia kill any puppet resulting in her death)

While arlecchino just was trying to play with lea/ adelina life

The Another Parallelism is that lea and adelina has conection to roses and both has conection to romeo

Romeo was lea's apprentice and you find adelina near romeo boss fight

After defeating romeo you Get the puppet prince formal dress and when you read it's description you relize it's belongs to adelina

Why would romeo carry such dress? Unless it's a reminder of his human self or reminds him of someone important

So what if romeo was a fan of adelina, after all he was a Cello boy and the opera house is a perfect place to play Cello, what if he met her there or Listen to her songs

Adelina is known to be a beloved woman who had a lot of admires and fans (despite being awfull woman)

Geppetto need a good Environment to make romeo ergo awaken, So why would he choose the opera house? Unless it's important place for romeo

Away from romeo, adelina and patricia complicated relationship reminds me of lea and Sophia relationship (but sophia is less toxic)

Funny though, here it's adelina who represent lea in Term of design end up being the noble Lady (like sophia) while patricia who represent sophia in Term of design end up being a stalker fighting for crumbs in a society that rejects her(similar to lea)

As for the fairytale

A lot of people think that patricia the white Lady and her sister adelina are inspired by the fairytale snow white and the seven dwarfs with adelina being the evil queen who is Jealous

This kinda right but they also inspired by Another fairytale called snow white and red rose (similar names diffrent story)

snow white and red rose were sisters and they loved each other So much, and they promised each other that they will never be seprated, similar to patricia and adelina

Lies of p take a darker take in the story with adelina taking patricia ability to sing

In the original story, Snow White ends up marrying a king, but she couldn't leave her sister, So red rose married the king brother

In this story none of the sisters found the king and his brother killed one of them

But if my theroy about romeo being fan of adelina is true that's mean red rose stole the king from snow white

it bothers me when someone brings up misogyny in shounen anime and people shrug it off with "its designed for teenage boys, what can you expect." like well. idk i think its actually pretty important that shows for teenage boys are normal about women. i mean i think all media should be normal about women but teenagers are impressionable i think we could put a little bit of feminism in the teenage boy shows. it might do some good. you never know.
