A pair of teens sat on the rooftop with their legs over the edge, swinging with no care in the world as long as they are together.
They both stares at the night sky, failing to find any constellation that a lover of space would want to see.
A single disappointed sigh rings out in both of their presence that the child with a destructive background can immediately sense the reason for the discontent.

It was cool since Damian already plans both of them to ice skates whichhh got turn to a petting zoo by the Penguin, who release penguins in the ice ring.

"I would change for you" He cradles his lover's sorrowful face as he brings their forehead together "I would try to stop my acts of harming of what you consider to protect"
"I simply can not" He would never dare lie to his precious lover that he knows he never deserves in a million years "With my nature of being who I am"
"But that doesn't mean I will stop trying for you, Habibi"
"Damian" the kind hearted Danny begins to say and Damian immediately notices the lack of the endearing nickname "I respectfully reject"
Damian was left speechless at the comment but force himself to say something, anything "Pardon?"
"I'm incredibly sorry if I lead you on" Danny rubs the back of his neck, nervously "But I'm fluttered that you feel this towards me"
Damian knows better to not get his hopes up when Danny was already making it clear that he was not interested "Then why not accept my confession?" But he can't help himself to holding on to his fantasy.
"Its not you if you're wondering" Danny reassures that it was never the possibility that it was the idea of Damian that ruins the appeal "It's just that— I'm already in a relationship"
Damian with slow realisation now notes that wrongness in his stomach was not the flutter of butterflies, but rather an insight of gut wrenching news he will - has now experience.
"We can still be friends if you would like to be?" Danny truly wishes that they both can salvage what they created before this scenario.
"I-" Damian felt like a fish out the water, into new area that he was not familiar to. He never would have thought that feeling his heart ache was this hurtful.
"I would like some space for now" Damian didn't dare stare back at crystal ocean eyes that he will still admire even through his heart breaks.
"Of course" Danny said like he already expected that outcome as he gives Damian a warm and comforting smile "You deserve that call"
At a grassy hill in a setting dusk, lays two lovers going strong where shooting stars will start above them.
Away from gotham, away from civilisation, away from peering eyes. Just them under the watch of the ever present moon and stars.
A classic picnic blanket lay underneath them to soften the spike blades of grass that would poke their skin, where one lays their head down on his lover's thigh.
