Buckle up, long story here: Under normal circumstances, today I would have been in Tulsa, OK making my debut in @anastasiabway as Anya, no longer the swing/understudy, but the full time lady! And while it wouldn’t have been my first debut as Anya, this was something I have been dreaming of for a long time. I guess I just have wait a little longer. So in honor, I’m sharing this video from my “put-in” in Pittsburgh , PA. Now if you don’t know the story, this was our only our second city after opening the tour back in Oct 2018. Our set had never made the journey from city to city before, and we were behind schedule loading in. I got the call that our lovely @lilcoogs (who deserves the MOST honorable shout out for the powerhouse that she is), was sick, and likely calling out of the show, and our normally scheduled cast dress rehearsal was turning into my emergency put-in. Mind you, we had just gone through 4 weeks of tech, previews, and opening, where as a swing, I had been sitting in the dark of the theatre dutifully charting and learning whatever I could from the sidelines, and had never had a formal rehearsal for any of the understudy material. I had to rely on the work I had done on my own, and the generous last minute efforts of the amazing wardrobe and hair team, the stage managers for guiding me backstage, associate director who lines with me, and the incredibly supportive cast for shoving with love or catching me if I fell, figuratively and literally. So I love this video because it was my first time in costume and mic, they’re still focusing light cues, I’m singing the song out loud for basically the first time, and my brain is going at a million miles an hour trying to remember everything (okay maybe you don’t see that but I do!). This role and this show are beyond special to me. I’m sad I can’t be with the cast out there on the road tonight, but I’m holding onto hope I’ll be home on that stage lovin’ my road-family again soon. See what I did there? 🤪

Please, help me and my family

A few years ago, my mom got us stuck in a pretty big debt, about 50 thousand dollars.

And exempt this one, she had a loan for our house. To pay the last one we sold our old house and now we all living with my grandmother.

And now the creditors demand to pay the debt or we will lose my grandma’s house too. I don’t know want to do or where to go.

For the last couple of years, my mom managed to pay more the 30 thousand. But we still have to pay a lot of money, around 15 thousand TILL THE END OF THIS YEAR. So I ask you for help.

And because of that my grandma now has a heart disease and we need to buy tablets for her.

And in the end of it, I started to sleep really bad, become anxious and can’t sleep normally without antidepressants.

And I also wanted to post a little update. Because of pandemic of COVID-19 my mom and my sis staying at home with no work at the moment (and, unfortunately, not money). I still manage to go to work and my salary is the only money we have!

This is what it’s doing to my body as we speak..

This is what i get all over my body when I get flare ups from stress. It’s extremely painful and leaves open sores, which is dangerous because I have a compromised immune system

My body is shutting down, and I’m fighting my hardest to get a diagnosis to TREAT whatever this is AS SOON AS POSSIBLE because the symptoms are getting more severe by every flare up I have..

I’ve had to have 3 emergency catheters so far because my bladder keeps completely shutting down..

I’ve been rapidly losing weight and having muscle loss. I’m not able to break down protein properly for some reason.

I went from 117 to 97

These are only SOME OF THE SYMPTOMS DEALING WITH, But here it is! As humiliating as it is..here’s what it’s doing to me in full view..

I need help while it’s still possible.

HEY GUYS!

I’ve got another round of Playbills up for sale! I apologize for the short hiatus I took, those who were following know what happened, but trust when I say I’m glad things are sort of back on track.

LIFE UPDATE: Unfortunately, it’ll STILL take a couple weeks to get my paycheck at this new job regular as I have to pass two certification tests before I go into the field and one of the tests costs $85 to take. I have to wait to be reimbursed for them, but rent is due at the end of the month so you see the issue. I am still going through anxiety medication trials, and my mental health is still not great as a result. My new psychiatric meds can’t be covered by insurance yet because we haven’t met our yearly deductible. I will still probably have to call off work once or twice in the coming weeks, because I am having migraines as well from going off HRT (I was only planning on being on it for a year). 

I have an extensive test to study for (for my new job) and application fees to pay for all while I’m battling these medication side effects. The only thing that actively helps my anxiety is CBD vapes, but those are expensive even in Cali. All of this is on top of the fact I can’t see my therapist regularly at the moment because I am deeply in debt with her and need to pay off my back copays before I make more appointments and add to that debt.
