at the party a lull happened in our conversation so sophie shouted to see what everyone else was talking about and maddie’s work friends (our Obligatory Straights) cheerfully replied “incest!” and sophie made me talk to them and tell them about My Book, which was referred to for the rest of the night as “the incest book”

one of maddie’s friends was like “oh man i want to read this book now” and i died and that is why i am dead today

XXY (which, despite the two Xs, would be assigned “male” at birth.) is as common as one in every five hundred births. to insist there are only two genders when there are not even two sexes is ridiculous, uneducated, and cruel.

I've decided I need to switch my Tumblr accounts. It's not like I'm horribly popular anyway so it will only affect about 30 people (if that). I'm just tired of all of my replies and likes coming from the photography account which is stupidly my default blog. So, tomorrow when I am not putting off bedtime and am, in fact, back to putting off work, I'm going to change this blog over to the photo blog and change the photo blog to this name. This should serve as warning to all who may be confused. Hopefully I'll be able to use the same screen names but in the event they don't let me do that... um... I'll let you know what names to look out for.

if you follow the paintbrush with your eyes while not moving your head, it forces you to use emdr which is a therapeutic technique to calm anxiety/panic. watching fish swim causes the same effect.

I don’t have a favorite post on Tumblr, I don’t have things that I ‘always’ reblog.

But this is one thing I love seeing on my dash, I love having it on my blog, it really helps to calm me down and its amazing.

I have been having the hardest time finding people who have read this series. I’m in the middle of the third book right now. Everything has changed so much in the story that I’m sure I’ll be feeling like the movie is wrong regardless of how they do it.
