as theyre huddling in to do the buzz buzz buzz cheer, teen shauna comes to the realization that that wasn't what happened

instead of climbing inside the plane holding a trophy, she's being escorted by the rescuers tranquilized. and instead of cheers of the girls from reigning champion, it's quiet — all put in restraints, as they all collectively realize the situation with shauna. that they're being rescued just after the second winter had started.

I'm a weirdo, a outcast. Never fitting in. I do my best to help people, be for them. I want friends so bad. Yet I'm always just... there.

People come to me for help, and of course I help. I'm too much of a people pleaser for that. Yet it seems that most of the time that's why people come to me.

I want friends, I want to experience teenage things. But im too weird for them. I thought being in a trio was rhe reason for me being alone, but then I was in a even group and somehow I was still alone.

Why can't I just be normal? The worst part is I can't change myself. I can't pretend to be someone else.

an irl started it recently and not even a couple episodes in, and she said hated lottie (like s2 or s3 lottie sure, but S1 LOTTIE?!?) idk maybe she just doesnt have the gay glasses on. i lost it when she said misty and walter had steamy tension in s2 (i mean sure, the show did set them up to have that kind of storyline) but now im nervous for her to start s3 given that its the gayest of all season so far

it’s shocking to me how many people don’t know that mari, akilah and gen’s plan was separate from van and nat’s. mari wasn’t supposed to be the decoy and that’s what’s so tragic about her! she didn’t sacrifice herself! she didn’t want to die!!!!! she wanted to go home and survive just as much as the rest of them! they were trying to take shauna and lottie out as revenge for what they think they put the group through. mari didn’t even KNOW that natalie had the phone or that she was going to save something. mari didn’t want to die, she wasn’t the decoy, she wasn’t some selfless sacrifice. she wanted to live just as badly as the rest of them did and that’s what’s so sad about her
