(Author’s notes: First interview subject was unusable. After initial question about sighting 43 subject began to draw incomprehensible sigils in yellow highlighter and would not stop. Subject was tranquilized and dismissed)

Professor W: Describe what you found in the alleyway.

Subject 4: Seven or eight…I don’t remember..um.. symbols? squiggles? Written on the wall. They… I remember they seemed incomplete. I remember I took a pen from my purse and I think I started drawing on the brick wall. How silly was that? I couldn’t see what I was doing. I don’t remember what I was doing…

Professor W: Describe the sighting in detail for me.

Subject 4: It was bright. Everything looked…bright. Like a bad photo. Like a dentists office.And everything sounded like the loudest cricket. But longer somehow, but still fast. And sharp.

Professor W: Can you describe the figure?

Subject 4: Subject shakes head. Like every line in the world. And too many colors. Every color I think. More.

Professor W: In other sightings people have described a floating sk-

Subject4: I saw it. But it wasn’t there..And after that everything went dark again…but…the world never came back.

Professor W: How long have you been blind?

Subject 4: Thirteen years.

Hello Tumblr. I've been missing you. Have you missed me? 

This first project I've chosen to do in AE on my own is turning out to be quite time consuming. It's just of a simple little 2-d spider moving across the screen. But I have to animate each of it's legs... frame by frame. So far, I have 2 of 30 frames done... that means only 232 little leggy movements left! Wooo! I. Am. Excited.

But to show I still care... and exist... I think I exist, here's a picture of a crazy looking bat skull.

I'm Sorry to anyone that wanted to see Khoshekh sooner, but my cable cut out late in the week that was last so I couldn't post him... We've been buried in snow and it seems the wires had been- chewed through... by, what appears to have been, a human or human-like jaw...

That aside, this is the most complex animation I've tried thus far and was done in Photoshop. My gf is trying to teach me Aftereffects now, so look forward to future and, hopefully, better animations. And once more, any tips or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

So, my first post... Neat! Didn't expect it to be fan art but i've really gotten into Night Vale lately, so... I give you Koshak (Khoshekh?). Just a quick doodle, but maybe I'll make him into a gif?
