Take Me To Church by Hozier except he’s practicing it alone in the front of an empty cathedral, while you watch, hidden, from far behind the pews. He’s at least physically alone, because when you search for the source of the backing vocals, you see no one else.
im trying to be authentic and true to myself but she’s very elusive which is sexy but hard to work with
Yesterday my grandpa showed me the thirteen 8mm films he made around 1972-1981: 36 hours of beautiful film. Besides filming things like the birth of his daughters, birthdays, christmas eves et cetera I noticed how beautifully he captured other things as well: emotions, flowers, bugs, animals. I am into photography a lot and most people know I love capturing (or just looking at): emotions, flowers, bugs and animals. It made me so emotional to see where I got this eye from: my granddad. Our bond is strong but this made it even better. While I was so intrigued by the way our minds work the same in capturing things, my granddad got emotional because I told him multiple times how good he was at filming. It was just his hobby next to photography (he made a small dark room in his house) but he rarely showed anyone. He was a very tough strong man, good looking and hard working, and the last person you’d think would film such beautiful and delicate things. I made a compilation of some small parts of his filming that really spoke to me or that reminded me of my own works. There is so much more but I didn’t want to put too much footage of my family in it out of respect. Take a look at it, it’s truly lovely. Thank you grandpa. ❤️
I love this! I love that you love it!
Very beautiful !!!
