In the UK, it is illegal for an establishment to treat a breast feeding woman differently to any other customer or ask her to leave/stop. Prejudice against breast feeding is recognised as discrimination and any establishment found guilty of it faces a hefty fine. This includes restaurants, leisure centres and swimming pools… literally anywhere, even in the park.

Hi I exclusively breastfed for six weeks and then I introduced a bottle a day at bedtime. Bedtimes good cause then you get a break for a bath or something whilst someone else feeds the baby and also it fills them up right before bed time so they will sleep a bit longer x
