At this point I’m going for Morgan in Wolf Bride because she seems to be the only one who cares about MC’s free will and consent. Just because Bastien believes this is his bond mate and has imprinted on her or whatever doesn’t mean he gets to control her every move. I’d rather pick the LI that MC has the same bond with who is respecting her right to choose her fate. So far this book has me completely confused on the backstory and the premise of Bastien’s obsession and control of MC. It’ll be interesting to see how this plays out.
