The paragard seemed like a good idea but I feel like I've had sex like 3 or 4 times since it was inserted 3 months ago. Honestly. I'm either spotting, cramping, or having a really long period. Right now I'm sitting in the gym watching my boyfriend exercise because I can't move without being in even more pain. My periods before were short and NEVER crampy. I didn't know what a cramp was before the IUD (I thought I was dying). This doesn't seem to be working for me.
