Hello, I’m Quill— though some of you may know me better as Andyetwegrieve on Twitter, or And_yet_we_love on AO3.
I’m the kind of writer who sits down to “just write a little scene” and accidentally emerges with a novella-length fanfic like nothing happened— haha. I’m fond of longing, of myth and devotion, of characters who love too much and worlds that ask them to pay for it. The whole souljam concept is throughly intriguing to me. Imagine your soul yearns so heavily to be understood that it manifests such want outside of your body. And imagine longing so desperately to understand someone else that such desire manifests itself.
All I see is two souls that yearn so throughly their desires have to make themselves known
Oh, to yearn so heavily that even the softest, most guarded chambers of my soul confess their own treachery— their own quiet wish not merely to be known, but to be with you as one.
