Thank you anon, but unfortunately intersex people are also, in most circumstances, assigned male or female at birth, even those who are spared any horrific medical procedures at birth. If they weren't, beautiful lovely amazing wow. That's not common though.
Respectfully love, being assigned a gender at birth is a status. One I almost lost my life to, personally. When my own uterus started actively killing me, I wasn't denied vital medical intervention until I was almost dead because of she/her pronouns.

So it's a bit of a complicated question and to be completely transparent I do not have ALL of the details for you, but Hearts was originally known as You-Can-Eat-Hearts/You-Can-Eat-Hrts back in the day like a year or two ago.
Do not confuse them for Patchwork-Heart, who is a different individual (I got confused to in the beginning)

I will give the best account that I can and do keep in mind most of this is from my POV about my invovlement, with some backdrop of events As I Understand them. I HIGHLY recommend going to the above blogs for more information or context (that I sadly can't provide)

Hearts was originally an individual like myself: No actual relation or interaction with Lily Orchard, just had a blog and wanted to discuss Lily's various controversies and allegations. The main difference is I am content to be a nobody yelling into the void once in awhile (and talking about other fuckwits like Verlisify or LioConvoy or whatever other drama I feel like) and Hearts REALLY wanted attention and recognition despite.... not really contributing much of anything to the discussion.
From what I understand this all really started when Courtney was still largely involved and was having a discussion about Lily. In this discussion, Courtney confirmed and elaborated on some medical diagnosis's that Lily claimed to have (but we never knew prior if they were true or not) and Hearts made a comment that we shouldn't be sharing someone's private medical information.
Which is a fair statement, I am not going to claim it isn't, except for this case where the information wasn't private. Lily had ALREADY talked about these medical issues prior and all Courtney did was confirm she had them.
Britt has a post (a few of them but this is the most recent) that goes over a fair bit of this btw.
things mostly died down cause Britt blocked Hearts and all Alt accounts she made to harass Britt (Britt still does and outside a few outlier times has stayed clear of Hearts drama since this btw).
Things picked up again because Hearts made three 'distinct' alts I call the Crit Trio, RouxCritical, CriticalEnvy, and KnifeCritical. I will be calling them Roux, Envy, and Knife from here on out, but they are all Hearts. She ran them using slightly different personalities and pronouns (usually They/Them but I believe one used He/him as well. Hearts herself typically uses She/They as far as I am aware)
Roux, Envy, and Knife became VERY active in the Lily Tags. There was a period of time where you literally could not find anything but their posts due to how active they were in it. Often in discussion between themselves or their new targets: Sai and Ant.
Of note, all three blogs HEAVILY disliked Ant, to the point they even tried to trick me into having some sort of drama with Ant at least twice.
(I did end up having a drama with Ant but that's unrelated)
You will also note from that link that Hearts had, on multiple occasions, tried to buddy up with Sai.
I do theorize this is entirely because Hearts THRIVES off drama. She wants the Crit Community to be constantly at each others throats and is actively harassing and tried manipulating people into getting into drama because it's what she wants. It's why she keeps claiming that's what the community is like, even when it's very clearly not.
Anyway.
There was a short period of time during this where I had some positive interactions with Hearts via her Roux alt. Of the three, it was the one that most interacted with me and as I was unfamiliar with Hearts like most of the community, I had no reason to not engage with them.
There were drama and issues during this time as well that I am not as qualified to talk about. Racism towards TheTepes being a big one and this sparked people to more deep dive their blogs to find out why the Crit Trio was suddenly playing Mean Girls which I believe is what lead to the blogs being deleted and confirming they were all one individual: Hearts.
(The timeline on this is a bit muddy on my end, I highly recommend looking to Sheev/TheTepes or Liquid as I linked above for more clear answers)
A big one that caused a lot of issues at this time was Ant and Sai having their falling out and Hearts chomping on that bit to shit talk Ant, buddy up to (and shit talk Sai) to keep chumming the waters. She CONSTANTLY posted about this in the Lily Tags to the point you couldn't even find anything about Lily herself and it was ALL from either the Roux blog, Knife Blog, or Envy blog shit talking about Ant or Sai (or both) or defending Sai in some manner.
Britt made a vague post, not tagging any of those blogs or Hearts, just requesting people tag things properly and not use the Main Lily Orchard tags to talk about this drama. Hearts had a meltdown about it but over time it started lessening as more people got irritated at them for it and conversation about Lily died out for a bit.
Things really picked up though when Fennec dropped their first doc on Britt.
I am not talking about this or the rewritten doc, I've said my piece on their contents, and even then it's really hard to take seriously when knowing Fennec specifically wrote it for LioConvoy who is a noted piece of human refuse.
Anyway.
The Roux blog at this time was still active and was going absolutely apeshit about it. I do know they vague posted about me a few times, and I believe at least a decent amount of anons I got at the time were from them wanting me to read the doc and start shit talking Britt.
Keep in mind this all leads back to the fact Hearts hates Britt.
I'm not overly familiar with what happened during this time as I was not online during it. It was a holiday weekend and I was VERY busy and when I came back things had quieted down and the Crit Trio Blogs had all been deleted.
There as rather blessed silence on that front for about.... what.... 2 weeks? At least on my end.
Then I got an anon telling me Hearts was trying to drag me into drama. I had no idea who Hearts was, asked for information.
I had gotten a bunch of anons that told me two sides of a drama, and for the most part I was willing to let it just slide. Didn't know who to side with for the most part but I got the info.
A lot of it admittedly sounds insane cause like. By this point it had been confirmed that Hearts was running a quite frankly INSANE number (55 as of this writing) of alt blogs to keep this drama alive.
Hearts tended to make the claim I was being 'harassed' at this time but from a personal perspective I did not see it that way. I asked for information, some was given more respectfully than others, but I wasn't being harassed.
The thing is it got me paying more attention, and if you haven't noticed I don't exactly like people who are being hypocritical to try and claim Moral Superiority.
Things took off on my end due to two of Heart's alts, CDCall-Confession-Blog and Hearts-Confession-Blog. Both noted to be run by the same person (the anon that told me about Hearts dragging me into their drama was due to a positive anon about me posted on, I believe, CDCall-Confession-Blog).
The Confession Blog decided to run a pity party campaign claiming harassment and they wanted to be done with the drama. I gave them solid advice to end it, the same advice I give anyone: stop engaging with the drama if you don't want to be apart of it. You can't stop people from talking if they want to, the only thing you can do is curate your own online space. The CDCall Confession Blog made Hearts Confession Blog and it was shortly after this that I snapped and flat out told them they were being hypocritical, lying about wanting out, and they were perpetuating the drama more than anyone else.
This also coincides with some of the Alts Hearts was making to troll the Crit Community, which included one sideblog that was openly sexually harassing individuals and this included myself and Liquid.
Then I got this anon.
I will let it speak for itself really, but understand that after this, Hearts went from doubling down with self-asks impying I lied about it, to never talked about my sexual assault afterwords, to then saying it was disgusting that someone sent it to me.
I will continue to make note of the fact that during this, none of Hearts's alts ever reached out to me to see if I was ok despite the fact I was clearly under a lot of emotional distress after posting the anon. Other people did, but not Hearts.
Hearts tried to do a lot of damage control but it was overly ineffective. They tried downplaying or outright hiding what was done to me (by claiming I was just 'having a temper tantrum due to being left on read' or having a fit but never actually explaining WHY I was so clearly upset)
Hearts for most part only vagued about me after this and tried to distance herself from me. She was still MASSIVELY going after Britt, TheTepes, Foxhound/Hearts-Monitor, Liquid, but you can see Hearts really, really, REALLY wanted to distance herself from me after all this and for good reason.
I am a fairly easy going and sensible person.
I am also an absolute petty cunt and Hearts gave me a reason to double down on being an absolute petty cunt, so I wasn't letting that slide.
Hearts has mostly been spiraling since, running alts attacking (mostly) Hearts-Monitor (including using their legal first name), Britt, TheTepes, ect and cycling through her various alt blogs claiming to be other people (including a hilarious stint of claiming to be a minor in highschool that got debunked pretty much as soon as she claimed it)
Today's drama was because she made ANOTHER alt, made a post with a bunch of tags, made another post about Lily Orchard to trick Brunossan into liking it and having ANOTHER new alt called CriticalEnby reblog this Lily post, deleted the very first post.
Then made a post about 'stalkers' which were myself, Liquid, Hearts-Monitor, Britt, TheTepes, at least one of her Alts, and claiming Brunossan was an alt of Hearts-monitor.
Then made a new post about how long she wondered it would take her 'stalkers' to find the blog when she 'never tagged anything'.
Despite that being a lie because she wanted to fabricate evidence that she is once again the victim.
Then she started deleting and editing posts in real time, then deleted the two blogs.
Im expecting the meltdown will likely continue within the week as well.

Hearts got "involved with the space" because they were a Lily stan before. It *sounds* like they might have been a pretty vocal one but I couldn't say for sure.
