Kettner Exchange (at Kettner & Grape) is looking great. Grabbed a quick drive-by shot of the ribs of what will eventually be a big patio area. From the renderings, it looks like local arch firm Bluemotif is using the space well. http://www.bluemotifarchitecture.com/portfolio/kettner-exchange/

Jonathan Segal's The North Parker is coming to 30th and Upas, and here's a rendering out of the San Diego Business Journal (account required). The project includes 4 retail suites totaling 6000 squ...

I've been watching this development go up with barely suppressed glee for a few months now. The Upas corner has been ugly as long as I've lived in North Park (10+ years). Actually, "ugly" is polite. It was <---> this close to derelict, but with tenants. I felt bad for the businesses within 150 feet who were trying to make a go of it with that eyesore filling their windows.
