Thanksgiving is coming
I really really really really really really hate how I expand throughout the day even like when I don’t eat
I know it’s like a normal body function but I would politely like it to ✨stop✨
It makes me feel so fat and insecure I feel great in the morning sometimes and then despise myself as the day progresses. It makes me hate how clothes feel after a while
Anyone else think about food in terms of money? Like “this weight watchers frozen dinner thing is 330 calories, no I can’t afford that” that’s how I think about food most of the time at least.
Anyone wanna give me safe food lists and meal prep ideas for college. I’m so excited to get away from home so my parents aren’t always making me food but I don’t know if I have the restraint to stay away from fast food

Is it just me or does anyone else feel different when they’re hungry? It’s like my body looks different to me after I eat, like I can go the whole day not eating and I’ll feel skinny and my collar bones will seem to stick out more and my waist will be a little slimmer. But then when I eat it feels like I grow 2 sizes bigger and all of a sudden I’m fat again and never want to eat again. It happens even if I eat like a carrot or something really low cal. I don’t know I feel so stupid
